Omnipotent Brands, LLC Remote | Full-Time | Exempt About the Role Omnipotent Brands, LLC is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to support our HR Manager and provide day‑to‑day HR support across a multi‑site restaurant organization. This fully remote role is ideal for an early‑career HR professional who enjoys employee relations, compliance, and helping managers and employees navigate HR processes with clarity and trust. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations - Serve as a trusted HR contact for General Managers and employees. - Support the HR Manager with employee relations concerns, documentation, and follow‑up. - Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. - Track ER metrics and help identify trends or opportunities for improvement. - Support leave of absence processes, including communication and documentation. Benefits Administration - Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general questions. - Support new hire benefits onboarding and open enrollment. - Maintain accurate benefits documentation and coordinate with carriers as needed. Workers' Compensation - Assist with injury intake, documentation, and reporting. - Coordinate communication between employees, managers, and insurance partners. - Track claim status and support return‑to‑work processes. Recruitment & Onboarding - Support the full recruitment life cycle: posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews. - Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and new hire documentation. - Coordinate onboarding and orientation tasks. Training & HR Operations - Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions. - Support the creation and distribution of training materials. - Maintain digital employee files and ensure documentation accuracy. - Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tasks. Qualifications Required - 2–4 year degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) in HR, Business, or a related field. - 0–5 years of HR experience (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar). - Experience with employee relations, benefits, workers' comp, recruitment, or training. - Strong communication skills and high confidentiality. - Organized, detail‑driven, and responsive in a remote environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Preferred - Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi‑site environments. - Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems. - Basic understanding of employment laws.
