Senior / Lead QA Analyst, Web3

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy, including automation coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria. • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts integration). • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc.) to support continuous delivery. • Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements. • Build tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and wallet integration testing. • Establish and enforce QA best practices across teams. • Mentor other QA engineers/analysts, providing guidance on automation, bug triage, and process improvements. • Work closely with DevOps to strengthen release pipelines and quality gates.
Events Lead

• End-to-end ownership of all events — strategy, planning, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up • Acting as the single point of contact for venues, partners, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and internal teams • Designing events as part of a broader narrative, not isolated moments — with consistent tone, energy, and intent across touchpoints • Creating experiences that build trust, excitement, and long-term sentiment around the brand • Managing timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, checklists, and contingency plans • Coordinating merch production, sourcing, inventory, distribution, and on-site usage • Ensuring every detail is handled — from contracts and shipping to on-the-ground execution • Adapting quickly when plans shift and making clear decisions under pressure • Following through after events with debriefs, learnings, and next steps • Plan and execute events — partner events, side events, community meetups, private dinners, workshops, summits, and institutional activations • Translate high-level goals into practical execution plans • Keep everyone aligned through clear communication and tight timelines • Handle logistics personally when needed and delegate only when it makes sense • Make sure events run smoothly, feel intentional, and accurately reflect the brand • Spot issues early and resolve them without escalation or drama
