Key Responsibilities: - Support Executive Leadership Team operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational coordination. - Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions. - Assist with development of board decks, executive presentations, governance materials, and leadership reporting. - Record and maintain executive meeting minutes and key organizational decisions. - Track enterprise initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and accountability measures. - Prepare executive summaries, strategic communications, and leadership updates. - Support operational planning, project management, and cross-functional execution efforts. - Assist in maintaining executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and organizational reporting. - Coordinate leadership calendars, governance schedules, and strategic meeting cadence. - Support change management initiatives and executive communication efforts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred. - 3–5 years of experience in executive operations, project management, business operations, consulting, or strategic support functions. - Experience supporting executive leaders or enterprise initiatives preferred. - Exposure to board materials, governance support, or executive communications strongly preferred.
