Patient Recruitment Specialist

Role Description ObjectiveHealth is seeking a Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Executive Operations who serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, supporting enterprise-wide execution, leadership coordination, governance processes, and operational alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, executive presence, organizational skills, and the ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and urgency in a fast-paced environment. ObjectiveHealth is a clinical research company transforming how research is conducted at the point of care. Using our proprietary technology, we aim to: - Increase patient access to research trials within our communities - Provide physicians with enhanced care options for current patients - Deliver superior clinical research enrollment metrics to Pharma sponsors All with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes at the point of care. Key Responsibilities: - Support Executive Leadership Team operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational coordination. - Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions. - Assist with development of board decks, executive presentations, governance materials, and leadership reporting. - Record and maintain executive meeting minutes and key organizational decisions. - Track enterprise initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and accountability measures. - Prepare executive summaries, strategic communications, and leadership updates. - Support operational planning, project management, and cross-functional execution efforts. - Assist in maintaining executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and organizational reporting. - Coordinate leadership calendars, governance schedules, and strategic meeting cadence. - Support change management initiatives and executive communication efforts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred. - 3–5 years of experience in executive operations, project management, business operations, consulting, or strategic support functions. - Experience supporting executive leaders or enterprise initiatives preferred. - Exposure to board materials, governance support, or executive communications strongly preferred.
