• Answer crisis-related telephone calls • Utilize crisis intervention skills to complete mental health and suicide risk assessments • Provide outreach and support, information and referral

• Respond to mental health crisis and suicide prevention hotline calls • Conduct risk assessments and determine appropriate interventions • Provide emotional support, crisis counseling, and referrals • Document services in Electronic Health Records (EHR) • Work independently while collaborating with the crisis response team
