• Execute and monitor the tax routines for Nuvem Contábil clients. • Analyze, review and reconcile purchase, sales, service invoices and other tax documents. • Post tax entries in the systems used by the company. • Calculate municipal, state and federal taxes according to the tax regime and each client’s specific situation. • Perform tax routines for companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido (Presumed Profit). • Prepare, review and submit tax ancillary obligations within legal deadlines. • Track and control tax deadlines, pending items and due dates for the client portfolio. • Validate tax documents, identify inconsistencies and request corrections when necessary. • Issue or advise on correction letters (carta de correção), when applicable. • Verify information imported via SIEG and processed in Domínio. • Cross-check information between invoices, reports, declarations and information provided by clients. • Support the team in analyzing tax discrepancies and regularization procedures. • Monitor updates to tax legislation applicable to clients’ routines. • Record information, pending items and follow-ups in Nuvem’s internal tools. • Inform the team and/or client of risks, inconsistencies, delays or need for validation. • Provide support during audits, inspections, surveys and requests for tax information. • Contribute suggestions for improvement, automation and standardization of tax processes. • Assist colleagues with specific questions about routine tax tasks when necessary. • Maintain a collaborative, organized and transparent approach while working remotely.
