• Achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives for the New Zealand ruminant portfolio. • Develop and implement the New Zealand ruminant sales strategy aligned with Oceania and APAC priorities. • Manage direct and indirect sales through distributors, agents, and key accounts. • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, feed mills and premixers, KOLs, nutritionists, and veterinarians. • Establish, manage, and coach distributors and sales consultants. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide timely feedback to senior management. • Collaborate with Technical Services and Marketing to support product positioning and customer engagement. • Organize and support seminars, industry events, and promotional activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. • Complete required sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
• Manage Novus business to maximize revenue and profit, short term and long term for the region. • This includes owning the SG&A and overall P&L and contribution to the Specialty Business Unit. • Oversee the sales of Poultry products, management of sales accounts, optimization and management of the customer base in region, growth of sales volume, and optimization of profit margins for the poultry business. • Manage, coach and develop a team of Regional Sales and Technical Service Managers and participate as a leader in the NORAM Commercial team cross-species. • Support business development by proposing new market opportunities within territory. • Accountable for development and execution of sales plans for the region, contributes to budget and business planning processes. • Closely coordinate with cross-functional partners in marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support the region. • Build customer partnerships and industry knowledge to help manage the sales territory and understand challenges and decision-making drivers and ensure alignment with business strategy. • Manage preparation of forecast sales volumes for all product/channels for assigned territory. • Plan and implement market strategies and tactics to promote growth of product sales in assigned territory. • Maintain compliance with SFDC guidelines for Sales Team, including, engage in monthly manager and support team reviews, maintain active and viable Opportunity Pipeline aligning with budgeted sales goals, maintaining appropriate Contacts and follow up in active Campaigns. • Provide marketing intelligence, proactively share unique selling tools and take responsibility for personal development. • Oversee compliance and adhere to the Novus Integrity System (NIS) and all policies and procedures related to position assignment including but not limited to: Delegation of Authority, Credit Policies, Role Approval Policy, Travel and Expense Report Policy, and Sales Price Management Policy across the team. • Professionally represent Novus International at all times by adhering to the highest ethical standards.
• Manage the sales of Novus products in Colombia in accordance with Novus International strategy. • Coordinate with technical services to ensure customer value and profitability, focusing on Swine and Poultry accounts. • Under supervision from manager, works independently and receives minimal guidance. • Manage the sales of Novus products and business development in Colombia in accordance with Novus International strategy. • Accountable for development and execution of sales plan for assigned territory, contribute to budget and business planning processes. • Coordinate technical service, marketing, logistics, customer service teams to support assigned territory. • Manage proper stewardship of Novus resources with close adherence to annual budget, investigate cost efficiencies as identified. • Build and maintain close relationships with customers to understand challenges and decision making drivers. • Participate in preparing forecast sales volumes for all product/channels for assigned territory. • Manage CRM platform to monitor customer activity and team progress toward territory goals. • Participate events such as trade shows, conferences, symposiums, customer trips, customer meetings and internal meetings. • Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS) and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.

Includes working with members of consulting nutritionists, layers, and turkeys. • Contribute to the development of an efficient NORAM Sales and Marketing team, including submission of timely and thorough market intelligence, pro-actively sharing selling tools, market information, and taking responsibility for personal development. • Build greater partnerships with all customers in the territory through regular sales calls and participation in industry meetings to ensure alignment on business strategy. • Maintain close relationship with Novus Marketing, Technical Services and Customer Service to secure alignment on business strategy. • Compliance with the Novus Management System, Novus Integrity System and all policies and procedures related to position assignment. • Own and drive marketing communication initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and business success. • Drive the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. • Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing communication strategies across digital, print, social media, events and PR including event management. • Develop and maintain a clear MarCom roadmap, ensuring projects progress efficiently while adjusting for new business priorities and opportunities. • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content for various platforms. • Direct and manage external agency partners and vendors, ensuring timely execution, innovation, and effectiveness in campaign delivery.

• Manage Novus' product application systems in US and Canada. • Provide timely application systems support directly to Sales Teams and customers as requested. • Manage expenses related to liquid application systems installations and maintenance. • Maintain vendor relationships related to liquid systems application equipment. • Lead engineering design and improvement efforts for all related equipment. • Conduct installations, preventive and corrective maintenance of liquid application systems support to assigned area Customers. • Provide timely Novus application systems support to sales team. • Provide support to sales and marketing team by active promotion of the liquid products. • Act as lead problem resolution person when customers report use or application issues with Novus Liquid system application. • Solve problems or identify opportunities for customers in the assigned area. • Monitor and approve all application systems related expenses for new installations, refurbishments and maintenance in assigned area for Liquid system application. • Manage all vendor relations related to liquid applications systems for assigned area. Establish and monitor performance standards for contractors to consistently provide Novus system installation and maintenance services in accordance to Novus guidelines.
