Position Summary: The Technical Recruiter and People Operations Manager is a member of the People Operations team who supports the HR needs of Notable Systems’ Technology and Product organizations (a second People Operations Manager will support our Growth, Client Support, and Administrative departments). Reporting to the VP of Operations, this team member will own recruiting and onboarding of new employees to these teams as well as supporting them around performance management, professional development, employee engagement, and other HR needs. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of technical recruiting experience along with a desire to take on a broader people operations role. Job Duties: Support the Technology and Product departments in the following areas: - Talent Acquisition - Draft job descriptions and review and propose edits to ones that have already been drafted. - Research and recommend compensation ranges for approved roles to be filled. - Support hiring managers in developing interview strategies, guides, and materials. - Manage job postings, creating them and taking them down as needed. - Source candidates, using a variety of strategies to identify and attract top talent. - Evaluate applications and recommend which to move forward. - Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role. - Check references of finalists. - Advise hiring managers in offer negotiation. - Create and send offer letters. - Order and assess background checks. - Oversee onboarding, partnering with hiring managers, IT, and Security teams to ensure that the onboarded experience is efficient, effective, and welcoming. - Apply a continuous improvement mindset to talent acquisition, identifying opportunities to improve the process for candidates, hiring managers, the People Operations team, and the company as a whole, balancing user experience, efficiency, cost, and security. - Performance Management. - Administer annual performance appraisals and follow up with managers to ensure completion. - Advise managers on addressing poor performance, including assisting with Performance Improvement Plans and terminations as needed. - Professional Development: - Work with department heads to establish and maintain career ladders, compensation bands, and promotion criteria. - Gather input on skills and knowledge gaps among current employees and work with department heads to implement upskilling initiatives. - Employee Engagement & Support: - Provide first-line general support for all HR questions from employees. - Analyze and report on responses to employee engagement surveys, and partner with department heads to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. - Support planning and execution of department retreats. - Policies & Documentation: - Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Process and document all employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, raises, and terminations. - Maintain employee personnel files with relevant documentation. - Draft new company policies as needed and provide input on changes to existing policies. - Vendor Management: - Liaise with various HR vendors, including those providing PEO (Professional Employer Organization, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and background checking services. - Advise on any additional HR services needed or recommended changes to the vendors we utilize. - Benefits & Leaves: - Support benefit enrollment for employees as they join the company or become eligible. - Manage leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. - Support annual evaluation of benefits offerings and recommend changes as needed. - Payroll: - Process payroll for a portion of the company. Required Qualifications: - At least five years of total professional experience. - At least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth start-up environment, recruiting technical candidates of various levels of seniority in a competitive industry. - Strong sourcing skills and experience with creative candidate sourcing and engagement techniques. - Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical skills and company fit. - Strong understanding of the technical talent landscape and how top talent evaluates opportunities. - Excellent organizational and project management skills and attention to detail. - Ability to act consistently with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence. - Ability to analyze data and craft presentations. - Proficiency with Google Workspace. - Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. - Must live in the U.S. or U.S. Territories. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Reimbursement Analyst with expertise in power mobility, CRT, specifically power operated scooters and power wheelchairs of all levels and types to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Healthcare AI Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our proprietary payor criteria rule system by creating and updating payor rules for DME and HME products. Job Duties: Rules Development - Identify and review government and payor coverage criteria policy associated with clients’ needs and requests. - Analyze payor policy guidelines and break them down into comprehensive rule sets, capturing dependencies and nuances. - Interpret and document coverage criteria policy guidelines by HCPC, ICD10, and other written requirements. - Apply customer specific exceptions and interpretations to the rule sets. Cross Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements, exceptions and interpretations to apply to the policy. - Collaborate with a team of software coders to convert the documented rules into code-based rules. - Act as a liaison between the coder team, customers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure accurate rule implementation.
