• Selling loan/lease as well as turn-key bank loan products to new prospects and existing relationships with middle market companies in the assigned territory • Develop new business through direct sales origination with middle market companies • Arrange personal meetings with prospects to explain products, rates, and terms • Achieve volume quota by targeting, qualifying, and closing equipment financing transactions • Manage customer relationships and assist credit function as required
Drive sales of Treasury Management Services by cultivating client relationships, coordinating presentations, and developing new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Responsible for leading business development with a primary focus on SBA lending and deposit growth • Aggressively solicit and service prospective and current clients producing SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loans • Generate and manage a portfolio of business and corresponding relationships • Develop new and expanding existing business banking relationships • Interview applicants to develop information concerning their financial needs and repayment ability • Educates prospective clients about the Bank’s underwriting guidelines, SBA programs and regulatory requirements • Ensure all credit files include current financial statements, agency reports, etc.
