• Develop and drive the regional education strategy in partnership with the Regional Managing Director and regional team. • Use data to identify trends in educational performance across schools, and establish clear goals and timelines for school improvement. • Support school leaders in strategic planning and rigorous self-evaluation. • Provide strategic leadership of all school improvement work in the region, including quality assurance processes aligned to the NAE framework. • Ensure full and appropriate delivery of the curricula offered in schools and support strong academic outcomes across all programmes. • Monitor and evaluate the impact of school improvement activity, sharing findings and effective practice across the network. • Support schools in building robust systems for collecting, analysing and acting on student performance data. • Support and influence the Professional Learning Strategy so it addresses key issues across the region and builds staff capacity. • Contribute to the development of NAE programmes, regional conferences and leadership development activity. • Lead the education due diligence process for prospective new schools in the region. • Support the integration of new schools into Nord Anglia, including NAE systems, processes and programmes.
• Develop visual assets for campaigns across social media, paid digital, web, print, and offline formats. • Translate creative concepts into polished outputs across multiple formats and markets. • Create and adapt social media and ad creatives for different audiences. • Support the development of visual systems and templates that can scale across schools. • Ensure consistency and quality in line with brand guidelines across all deliverables. • Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Video Editor to bring ideas to life. • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different schools and projects simultaneously.
• Plan and achieve student recruitment targets for designated schools • Represent NAE at targeted recruitment events and in-market activities • Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Recruitment teams to implement market-focused strategies • Build and maintain relationships with families, agents, and key partners • Ensure effective lead management and data integrity through CRM (Salesforce) • Monitor enrolment data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks • Support marketing initiatives to promote NAE schools and boarding programmes • Provide market insights and training to partners and colleagues
• Plan, deliver and report on your course, using methods and materials appropriate to the learner group and course content. • Submit a course overview, pre-reading material, Prepare/adapt appropriate teaching materials. • Preparation time is implicit in calculations of tutor remuneration. • Identify/assess the needs of learners and if necessary adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs. • Deal appropriately with any individual learner support needs. • Assess learners’ work where appropriate. • Keep records of learners’ progress and ensure learners are given feedback on their progress. • Offer advice on further learning and progression as required.
