• Support the elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. • Assist in the analysis and modeling of processes and systems. • Provide technical support to users (Level 1/Level 2 - N1/N2, when applicable). • Perform functional testing and assist in system validation. • Track bug fixes and improvements with the development team. • Prepare technical documentation and user manuals. • Support system and API integrations. • Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Will be responsible for leading the design and construction of dashboards, analytical models, and data pipelines in a cloud environment. • Responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of solutions. • Develop dashboards and perform advanced analyses using Tableau. • Model data and create optimized data sources for BI consumption. • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python. • Implement ETL/ELT processes with AWS Glue. • Manage data storage and organization in Amazon S3. • Create and maintain serverless functions with AWS Lambda. • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency. • Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. • Optimize the performance of queries, dashboards, and pipelines. • Document data flows and the solutions developed.
