Role Description This C# .Net WinForms Software Developer position will work with clients to develop requirements, complete GAP analysis, create and test code of custom applications. In addition to programming experience, basic knowledge of business processes, such as purchasing or shipping, especially in a retail environment, is a plus. Candidates with the ability to take a leadership role and coach and mentor other team members are preferred. Prefer someone who can interface with clients and drive small projects. This position is Onsite in Norton Shores, MI but will consider Remote. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. - Need someone who can interface with clients and drive small projects. - 3+ years of experience with .Net, C#, MySQL, WinForms, Visual Studio, ASP .Net. - 3+ years of experience in software development. - Experience with retail and EDI is a big plus. - Basic knowledge of business processes, such as purchasing or shipping, especially in a retail environment, is a plus. - 3+ years of experience with retail business processes is a plus. - Experience with Amazon EC2 instances, GitHub or other source management system is a plus. - Knowledge of EDI, ANSI X.12, VANs (value-added networks) is a plus. - Experience with XML, SOAP, Json, API and knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming techniques is a plus. The role combines content strategy, AI-driven production, and digital marketing execution to help our clients build authority and generate leads online. This position is 100% Remote. Responsibilities - Multi-Client Brand Management - Manage and refine the voice, tone, and visual identity for multiple law firm clients while maintaining clear brand differentiation. - AI-Assisted Content Production - Use modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to produce social media content, informational assets, and marketing materials that support client growth. - Social Media & Content Strategy - Plan and execute social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. - Advertising Creative - Develop and iterate creative assets for Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns, helping drive qualified leads for law firms. - Video & Multimedia Content - Assist in producing informational videos and short-form content that help attorneys communicate expertise and build trust with potential clients. - Quality Control - Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure professional tone, accuracy, and high production standards appropriate for the legal industry.
