BAFA Process Manager, Part-time – Funding & Administration

• Responsible for the administrative handling of our funding projects on a part-time basis • Ensure that all contracts, supporting documents, and submissions are complete, accurate and submitted on time • Primary contact for our clients regarding the organizational aspects of the funding process • Creation and management of consultant contracts • Collection, verification and documentation of all required client evidence • Coordination and tracking of signatures • Preparation and timely submission of documents to BAFA • Monitoring deadlines and process steps • Structured filing and documentation of all relevant materials • Communication with clients on organizational inquiries • Close coordination with our internal consulting team
