Role Description Neural Earth is hiring a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the intersection of product, market, and revenue. You are the person who can walk into a room of P&C underwriters and explain exactly how Prometheus changes how they assess physical risk and then come back to headquarters and write the positioning framework that makes every future conversation start at a higher level. You are equally comfortable in a customer discovery session and a competitive battlecard. You understand the product deeply enough to configure a tailored demo environment, and you understand the buyer deeply enough to know which three things matter and which ten do not. This is a founding go-to-market role. You are not maintaining someone else's playbook. You are writing it. How You'll Be Successful - Position: Build and own Neural Earth's product positioning and messaging across key verticals like insurance, government, infrastructure, and climate risk. Develop the value proposition frameworks and competitive narratives that give every sales conversation a sharper starting point and every buyer a clearer reason to act. - Demonstrate: Design, configure, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that map our physical risk intelligence capabilities to specific customer workflows and decision criteria. - Enable: Build the sales enablement infrastructure the Revenue team depends on: battlecards, technical one-pagers, demo narratives, objection handling guides, and integration FAQs. - Translate: Serve as the voice of the market back into the business. Synthesize what you learn in customer conversations, win/loss patterns, and competitive signals into positioning decisions and product roadmap input. - Create: Produce high-quality market-facing content -- case studies, technical explainers, product guides, and external narratives -- that builds Neural Earth's credibility with enterprise buyers and technical evaluators in complex regulated industries. Qualifications - 4 or more years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, or a role that required you to operate credibly at the intersection of complex technical products and enterprise buyers. - Genuine domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, insurtech, catastrophe risk, or adjacent regulated markets. - Ability to configure and deliver a product demonstration that tells a story, not just shows features. - Experience building go-to-market positioning and sales enablement materials from scratch. - Strong technical foundation to engage credibly with data engineers, geospatial scientists, or AI/ML practitioners. - Exceptional writing skills to distill complex AI and geospatial platform concepts into understandable language. - Thrives in early-stage environments where the product is evolving. - Ability to manage multiple active opportunities and keep stakeholders aligned. - Consultative mindset in every engagement. Requirements - 4-7 years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or a hybrid go-to-market role in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise analytics. - Demonstrated domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, insurtech, reinsurance, or catastrophe risk. - Experience building positioning frameworks, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement collateral from scratch. - Sufficient technical fluency to engage with geospatial data, APIs, cloud data infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms. - Exceptional written communication skills with a portfolio that demonstrates range. - Ability to accommodate up to 25% travel. Compensation The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $249,000 annually, reflecting progression within the role based on demonstrated growth and impact. At Neural Earth, we believe in pay equity, transparency, and rewarding growth. Our compensation philosophy is built on an equitable model with offers based on role, level, and expertise. Benefits - Competitive base compensation regardless of work location. - Company performance-based cash bonuses. - Majority employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents. - Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO). - Group Life Insurance at 2x your base salary, paid by the company. - FSA and HSA options to maximize your healthcare dollars.

Role Description Neural Earth's products are only as powerful as the interfaces and systems that deliver them, and we need a contract Full Stack Developer (Contract) who can step in quickly, own that layer end to end, and deliver impact within a defined engagement. You will work across front-end and back-end systems to build seamless user experiences, performant APIs, and data-rich visual workflows powering everything from interactive mapping to real-time risk analysis. This role partners closely with product designers and AI specialists across the team during the four month contract. How You'll Be Successful - Build : Develop and maintain full stack web applications; success is clean, well-documented code that ships on time and holds up under real-world usage, and regular deployments to production. - Design : Own the front-end architecture and user interface layer; success is intuitive, performant experiences that make complex geospatial data feel effortless to navigate. - Integrate : Own back-end logic and database integration across relational and non-relational systems; success is a reliable data layer that supports fast, scalable application performance. - Collaborate : Own the translation of design mockups and product requirements into functional applications; success is a seamless handoff between design intent and shipped product with no ambiguity lost in the middle. - Improve : Contribute to code quality through reviews and targeted refactoring; success is leaving the codebase cleaner and better documented than you found it. Qualifications - You build full stack geospatial web applications end to end, from UI components to server-side logic, and take ownership of quality at every layer. - You are proficient in front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js and know how to make complex data feel intuitive on screen. - You design and implement APIs and back-end systems using server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, or Django. - You work fluently across relational and non-relational databases and understand how schema decisions affect application performance at scale. - You have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and understand how infrastructure choices affect scalability and reliability. - You thrive in a remote-first environment staying visible, responsive, and proactively communicative with your team so that async work moves at the same pace as being in the same room. - You conduct code reviews with the intent to raise the team's bar, offering feedback that is specific, constructive, and grounded in real impact. - You communicate clearly with designers, data engineers, and product managers, translating technical constraints into language that moves decisions forward. - You hit the ground running to ramp quickly in new codebases and environments, ask the right questions early, and are contributing meaningfully within your first two weeks without needing significant hand-holding. - You take ownership of your work from first commit to production, delivering quality and reliability within a defined scope and timeline. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Environmental Studies or a related field -- or equivalent practical experience. - 3-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a comparable role. - Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one major framework (React, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Next.js). - Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, or equivalent). - Experience with PHP or Laravel (and its associated libraries), or equivalent server-side MVC framework, is strongly preferred. - Experience with MCP and AI assistant development.
