• Identify and pursue new fleet opportunities within target markets. • Generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline of new business prospects. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to customer implementation. • Consistently meet and exceed new business and total revenue targets. • Represent neoRide and Neology at industry events, forums, and trade shows. • Provide actionable insights to the Product team to enhance neoRide offerings.
• Support the Sr. Program Director in project planning, execution, and delivery • Manage day-to-day project activities and cross-functional teams • Assess risks and prepare reports • Maintain project documentation and logs • Track project progress against schedule, scope, and budget • Prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and team members • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards • Assist with resource scheduling and vendor coordination • Lead the project in the PM’s absence
