Assistant Exercise Site Manager

• Assistant Site Manager (ASM) to act as the lead role player manager for each training site. • Responsible for ensuring all role players on site are properly trained and briefed for each evolution. • Ensure all role players are capable and proficient in safe small arms simulated employment during role play. • Act as liaison between LRSO and role players at each training site. • Manage all contractor firearms, safety gear, wardrobe items, and any other contractor equipment at each site. • Ensure no photographs or video recordings are taken of mission personnel or training conducted by contractor or role players. • Ensure no cell phones or cameras are with contracted personnel during role play training evolutions.
Exercise Site Manager

• SM shall act as primary liaison to the Lead Range Safety Officer (LRSO) and be responsible for overall support to the Assistant Site Managers (ASM) and OPFOR role player personnel. • The SM shall be responsible for tasking and coordinating transportation for role players to each site in order for role players to meet the requirements for scenario-based training in accordance with the schedule and operational requirements set by the LRSO. • The SM shall be responsible for the management of all contactor firearms, safety gear, role player wardrobe, and cleaning of equipment and supplies. • The SM shall not participate in or observe the training events unless directed by the USSOCOM Site RSO. • The SM shall have the authority to remove any contracted personnel immediately for any shortfall in performance, a display of behavior that increases the risk level of training, or for any Operational Security (OPSEC) violations, as determined by the Government. • The SM shall be responsible for replacing the individual(s) removed as role player support prior to the execution of the next day’s evolution. • Coordinates all contractor and contracted role player travel and arrival time scheduling in accordance with the LRSO provided schedule. • Overall, the SM is responsible for all contracted personnel and the safeguarding of all government information provided to the contractor. • The SM shall be responsible for ensuring that no photographs or video recordings are taken of mission personnel or training being conducted by the contractor or contracted role players. • Shall be responsible for ensuring that no cell phones or cameras are with contracted personnel during role play training evolutions. • The SM shall be available at the training location one (1) day prior to the commencement of training for a face-to-face meeting with the LRSO to confirm schedule of events as outlined at the TO level. • The SM is responsible for training site clean-up for each site at the end of each training day and shall provide all cleaning materials required to support site cleanup.
Growth Analyst – Capture, Proposals, AI Enablement

• Support Capture Managers and the Growth Team in developing and maintaining capture plans. • Assist with opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, and win strategy documentation. • Track and update pipeline data for Nemean and Joint Ventures. • Conduct research on agencies, procurement forecasts, incumbents, and competitors. • Identify risks, gaps, and action items throughout the capture lifecycle. • Prepare and maintain capture artifacts (briefings, call plans, SWOT analyses, gate reviews). • Support customer engagement preparation and meeting documentation. • Support proposal volume development (technical, management, and past performance). • Draft and refine proposal sections, executive summaries, and management approaches. • Use AI tools to accelerate draft development, summarize complex technical inputs, improve clarity, compliance and structure, generate structured RFI and Sources Sought responses, apply compliance checks and human refinement to all AI-generated content, and support Growth Team data calls and ensure timely, accurate submissions. • Maintain and improve: Past Performance Library, proposal Library and RFI / Sources Sought Library. • Organize SharePoint folders, templates, and Growth documentation. • Improve tagging, indexing, and retrieval of corporate knowledge assets. • Leverage knowledge management tools to streamline proposal reuse and content optimization. • Research Federal opportunities using SAM.gov and other procurement systems. • Track NAICS codes, contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, Single Award, Direct Awards). • Support pipeline forecasting and growth metrics reporting. • Attend Growth and capture meetings; prepare structured notes and action summaries. • Track tasks and deadlines using task management systems. • Support executive scheduling and occasional expense reporting. • Interface professionally with internal teams, subcontractors, and partners.
Senior Business Financial Manager / Analyst
