• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from dealers, partners, and end-users via phone and email • Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations to prospects and partners • Design and create accurate and timely product quotes based on customer needs • Generate and qualify inbound/outbound leads and identify new business opportunities for the sales team • Support the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring a seamless experience • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MyDoorView's products, pricing, and technology solutions • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and other internal teams to support sales initiatives and customer success • Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system (HubSpot) • Other duties as needed as the position grows.
