• Application Development: Build, launch, and support applications for field and office operations. • Offline-First Engineering: Maintain and improve applications that work reliably in low-connectivity environments using service workers, local storage, and background sync. • Support: Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and be responsive to our ticketing platform. • Collaborate: Work collaboratively and efficiently with a globally distributed cross-functional team consisting of a product manager, QA, a designer, and software engineers.

• Research new funding opportunities and manage outreach and solicitation efforts to qualified foundation, corporate, and individual funders. • Write and submit letters of interest, concept notes, grant proposals, and donor reports to a portfolio of funders. • Support relationship management with current donors and grant makers, ensuring timely and high-quality stewardship. • Develop donor communications materials, including reports and appeals, in collaboration with the Development team. • Coordinate funder meetings and presentations, working across myAgro's finance and programs departments to ensure alignment on deliverables, budgets, and outcomes. • Maintain an up-to-date record of donor and grant details and new funding opportunities in Raiser's Edge. • Present compelling proposals and presentations to internal and external audiences as needed.

• Advance myAgro’s plan for securing annual and multi-year funding from European governments, multi-laterals, foundations, corporate donors and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). • Identify new European / Europe based donors through research and outreach to create and develop a new European donor portfolio. • Organize meetings, phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to engage donors. • Collaborate with the other Directors, Development Operations, Grant Management, and Grant Writer to write letters of intent (LOIs), concept notes, proposals, grant reports, and more. • Connect with myAgro’s leadership and program teams to stay informed about our activities to communicate the details of myAgro’s work to funders.

• Develop and implement annual and long-term fundraising strategies in collaboration with the Senior Director of Development and Managing Director, US. • Write letters of inquiry, grant proposals, concept notes and reports to corporate, foundation, and individual funders. • Research potential funders and manage outreach and solicitation efforts to qualified leads. • Work with the Senior Director of Development and other development team members to maintain relationships with current donors and grant makers. • Develop donor stewardship and communications materials, including reports and appeals. • Contribute to maintaining an up-to-date database of current donor/grant details and potential new funding opportunities in Raiser’s Edge. • Present compelling proposals and presentations to internal and external audiences. • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project requirements, key dates, deliverables, budgets, targets, and outcomes. • Occasionally travel for donor meetings or field visits.
