Senior Sales & Revenue Operations Administrator

• Serve as a day‑to‑day administrator of HubSpot, acting as the system expert for Sales, Client Success, and Marketing. • Evaluate and operationalize AI features within CRM and sales technology platforms to drive measurable gains in efficiency and effectiveness. • Build, maintain, and continuously optimize CRM workflows, automations, and routing logic to support lead management, pipeline movement, renewals, and expansion. • Configure and manage pipelines, objects, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, and integrations. • Troubleshoot CRM issues and implement enhancements based on feedback from end users. • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance (pipeline health, conversion rates, activity metrics, forecasting). • Analyze trends and surface actionable insights that inform decision‑making and performance improvement. • Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to integrate CRM data with third-party systems, databases, and tools.
• Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, lead platform‑level product initiatives and work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and other stakeholders. • Understand platform‑level problems and technical constraints affecting our clients. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product problems, priorities, and outcomes. • Lead the definition and delivery of platform and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, data, identity, security, APIs, and tenancy. • Partner closely with Engineering to balance innovation with system stability, compliance, and operational risk. • Ensure platform capabilities align with ERP security requirements, regulatory obligations, and data protection standards. • Contribute to the evolution of AI‑enabled capabilities in a responsible, secure, and customer‑focused manner. • Act as a product advocate and subject matter expert for Multiview’s technical and platform capabilities.
• Provide outstanding client service throughout the support process. • Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot incoming inquiries to provide the appropriate solutions and alternatives to achieve client satisfaction. • Effectively document support incidents and escalate them as necessary. • Manage and update the help desk ticketing system with descriptions of support incidents, conversations, and correspondence with clients. • Manage multiple support channels including telephone and e-mail. • Support the roll-out of new product releases to Multiview’s existing client base. • Proactively assist in growing our Client Portal content by developing impactful documents, videos, and how-to guides • Actively participate in continually improving support processes and team initiatives • Demonstrate Multiview’s core values, building and advancing the reputation of the company and its clients.
