Role Description This role puts you at the heart of our global growth strategy. You’ll lead business development across regions, helping us bring smarter, safer thermal solutions to OEMs and Tier 1s. You’ll lead global business development for our automotive customers, with a focus on EV and ICE applications. That means spotting opportunities, shaping strategy, and working closely with regional teams to turn plans into results. You’ll also be the one making sure we’re in the right conversations, with the right people, at the right time. Overview Global Process Owner - Finance Location: US remote Duration: 12 month contract Role Overview The Global Process Owner is responsible for leading the adoption of standardized finance processes and controls across the business to drive consistency, efficiency, and transparency. This role strengthens finance governance, compliance, and internal controls while continuously improving the quality, timeliness, and consistency of the month‑end close. The Global Process Owner embeds standard costing practices to enhance cost control, variance analysis, and margin visibility, enabling better decision‑making across the organization. Acting as a key change leader, the role supports business transformation initiatives, including Highlander and the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics D365, ensuring finance processes are scalable, well‑governed, and aligned with global best practices. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Own global finance process design, governance framework, and control standards across the organization. - Drive consistent, high‑quality month‑end close routines, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and reporting. - Strengthen finance governance, compliance, and internal controls through standardized ways of working. - Define, embed, and govern standard costing processes, controls, and accountabilities to improve cost control, variance analysis, and margin visibility. - Translate finance policies into practical execution within Microsoft Dynamics D365, covering master data, inputs, approvals, and routine updates. - Monitor process adoption and data quality, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote finance best practices globally. - Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align process changes with business priorities. - Lead change management activities related to finance process transformation and ERP improvements (Highlander / D365). - Develop and deliver training, communications, and engagement plans to build capability, ownership, and accountability across finance and key stakeholders. - Engage with and coach the Key User and SME community to ensure strong process understanding and adoption. - Work in line with the agreed Global Process Taxonomy. - Create and maintain end‑to‑end process flows for assigned finance process areas. - Define and maintain test scenarios to ensure effective testing and acceptance of end‑to‑end processes. - Create and maintain SOPs using agreed templates, supported by Click Learn documentation. - Identify critical gaps in the Highlander solution; support requirement definition, business justification, and resolution with solution leads. - Represent and report gap status and resolutions to leadership forums. - Effectively use Highlander project tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for managing tasks, user stories, testing, and project activities. - Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, Key Users, and SMEs; coach and support the finance community. - Provide functional support to implementation partners and consultants. - Support data migration activities, including validation of configuration, master data, and transactional data during roll‑outs. - Keep domain stakeholders informed of project progress, decisions, and risks. - Participate in deployment and roll‑out phases, including workshops, end‑to‑end testing, UAT, and onsite support as required. - Contribute to breakthrough events, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management to ensure strong adoption of global processes and the Highlander platform. Qualifications Requirements - Deep expertise in end‑to‑end finance processes and controls (Record to Report), including month‑end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. - Proven senior‑level experience in finance process ownership, governance models, and internal control frameworks within a complex, global environment. - Strong change leadership capability, with experience embedding new ways of working, control discipline, and standardized close routines. - Solid ERP experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365 (JD Edwards experience a strong advantage), including data validation, approvals, chart of accounts, and cost center alignment. - Strong understanding of standard costing concepts, cost control, variance analysis, and profitability drivers. - Ability to translate complex finance topics (costs, variances, margins, profitability) into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational levels and build trusted partnerships with global and local teams. - Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills, with experience driving adoption and capability building. - High level of adaptability and resilience, comfortable working across multiple teams, sites, and project phases. - Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to lead teams from current‑state processes to well‑defined future‑state (“to‑be”) processes. Overview Global Process Owner - OSC Location: UK remote Duration: 12 month contract Regular travel required up to 50% Role Overview The Global Process Owner plays a key role in our Operations & Supply Chain (OSC), Sales and Finance teams for our Dynamics 365 implementation project known as Highlander. This position will work to support our Global Process Owners and the wider Highlander Programme team to ensure our projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Lead the deployment of the Operations & Supply Chain core model across global manufacturing and warehouse sites. - Own and drive the transformation and strategic implementation of global processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and value creation. - Act as end-to-end Process Owner for Operations & Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies and upstream/downstream impacts across the enterprise. - Ensure processes align with industry best practices and drive continuous improvement across the global network. - Collaborate with Senior Leadership, BU Directors, Site Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive operational excellence globally. - Work effectively within cross-functional teams, understanding how individual processes integrate into the wider process landscape, even outside the primary process taxonomy. - Support and guide End Users, Global Key Users, and SMEs through all Highlander programme phases, including: - Discovery and design workshops - Playback and get-fit sessions - Change management activities - Acceptance testing, training, deployment, and hypercare - Align global processes with the Highlander Global Solution (Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&SCM) as new requirements and system functionalities emerge. - Maintain a strong understanding of functional process execution within D365 F&SCM for assigned areas of the global process taxonomy. - Support deployment activities, including data validation in collaboration with the Data Migration team. - Oversee and drive process design and re-design, policy updates, workflows, and change impact assessments. - Own and maintain Global and Local Process Taxonomy, including process maps and SOPs (with ClickLearn documentation). - Maintain and own test scenarios and participate in end-to-end testing aligned to owned processes. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation in partnership with the business. - Stay current with emerging process, system, and functional requirements, ensuring processes evolve with business and technology needs. Role Overview Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Operations & Supply Chain to join the Highlander programme delivery team. The role is hands-on and delivery focused, supporting manufacturing sites across Mexico and the USA. The consultant will operate as a core team member within the Operations & Supply Chain functional team. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Configure, optimize, and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules across Operations and Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment. - Deliver functional support across core SCM areas, including Production Control, Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, Warehousing, and Advanced WMS. - Create high‑quality functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration guides, test scripts, and process notes. - Support all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system testing, UAT, training activities, cutover planning, go‑live execution, and post‑go‑live hypercare. - Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, site subject‑matter experts (SMEs), data teams, and technical development teams to ensure end‑to‑end solution alignment. - Provide both on-site and remote support to manufacturing locations, ensuring smooth operational continuity and resolving D365-related issues promptly. Qualifications Requirements - Proven experience working as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant within Operations and Supply Chain. - Strong background in manufacturing environments, either process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, or both. - Hands‑on involvement in at least one full D365 F&O implementation lifecycle, from design through to go‑live and hypercare. - Solid functional understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including production, inventory, procurement, planning, and warehousing. - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and process documentation - Experience supporting or collaborating with manufacturing sites in Mexico and/or the USA. - In‑depth knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management (Advanced WMS) in D365 F&O. - Previous experience working alongside or coordinating with System Integrators (SIs) during ERP implementations. - Microsoft D365 certifications, particularly in Supply Chain Management or related modules.
