Role Description We are looking for an experienced and talented Data Product Owner to assist the Technology and Transformation team with managing and developing products or services throughout their full lifecycle. You will be part of our Central Management Team who are located at our Coventry office. This is not a typical data role. It is a chance to define, build, and lead the data products that will shape how we operate, make decisions, and deliver value across the business. We are investing significantly in digital, data, and AI. This role sits at the centre of that transformation. You will own data products end to end and ensure they deliver meaningful business impact. You will not just manage products. You will set direction, influence senior decisions, and help position data as a genuine competitive advantage. Role Description We are looking for an experienced and talented Digital Construction Manager to support the development of the Digital Construction strategy, functional improvement and lead its implementation across the business, embedding Morgan Sindall Construction Digital Construction processes, procedures and best practice. You will be part of our Central Management Team who are located at our Coventry office. About the role: - Strategic Planning - Develop and maintain the Digital Construction Strategy, reflecting workload, pipeline and regional diversity. - Support regional Digital Construction Managers and discipline champions to monitor and implement the strategy. - Plan and deliver training, presentations, briefings and engagement sessions to communicate the strategy. - Record and track Digital Construction requirements. - Training, Research & Development - Deliver and support Digital Construction training across the business and contribute to the continuous improvement of training modules aligned to best practice and Morgan Sindall processes. - Communicate Digital Construction strategy and capability to clients and prospective clients; deliver training to clients, supply chain and external parties when required. - Undertake research and trials of software, technology and initiatives; capture outcomes to enhance national and regional strategies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk and cost. - Development of Digital Construction processes, controls and ways of working in response to legislation, standards, business and framework requirements. - Regional Support - Provide support to regional Digital Construction Managers by understanding their challenges, areas of improvement and harnessing their feedback to improve business outcomes. - Engagement with regional Digital Construction Managers and functional leaders to agree developments, training, resources and initiatives when required. - Bid Support - Lead Digital Construction strategy meetings for frameworks with Digital Construction commitments; review client requirements and EIRs to assess feasibility and identify value-add opportunities. - Undertake and review Digital Construction bid writing, ensuring responses meet (as a minimum) client requirements and align with supply chain capability. - Reporting, Monitoring & Auditing - Objectively audit Digital Construction delivery and frameworks with Digital Construction commitments. - Record project savings, benefits and KPIs for Digital Construction commitments. - Support the production of Digital Construction marketing material and case studies. Qualifications - Working knowledge of Digital Construction standards and best practice (including ISO 19650 / UK BIM Framework). - Previous involvement in implementing Digital Construction at national, regional or project level. - Experience of delivering training and presentations. Requirements - A strong understanding and passion for Digital Construction and collaboration. - Construction and/or project management experience with detailed knowledge of design and construction workflows. - Excellent report writing, presentation and communication skills; able to build positive working relationships and coordinate others. - Strong understanding of the Common Data Environment (CDE), drawing protocols and project information management. - Ability to navigate and verify model and asset data (including understanding of COBie, IFC and how information links across platforms). - Technical knowledge of common Digital Construction tools (e.g. Revit, Autodesk BIM Collaborate, Solibri). - Ability to manage your own workload, learn new software/processes, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
