Role Description As the Senior Digital Media Planner, you will manage and grow digital media initiatives for Moore Digital's non-profit clients. You will: - Plan, develop, and manage cross-channel paid digital media and conversion programs featuring programmatic CTV, display, native, paid social, and paid search digital advertising, focusing on donor acquisition and revenue generation. - Be the point person within Moore Digital, owning communication with agency contacts, strategists, and clients regarding strategy, status, results, and continuation plans. - Ensure the best strategy is implemented for the client and that the campaign is executed flawlessly. - Work towards achieving set goals, viewed as a partner on the client’s team. - Combine significant strategic planning, digital media management, analytic and account management experience. - Flourish in a fast-paced, creative environment with ever-shifting schedules and priorities. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the Media Planning team. - Be the planner for one or more of Moore Digital's clients. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience developing and managing digital media campaigns, including at least two years as a senior member of a digital team. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in marketing or communications preferred but not required. - Wide and deep understanding of programmatic media, search, and paid social landscape. - Nonprofit-specific experience preferred; experience generating new leads, customers, and revenue an absolute must. - Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and programmatic display platforms preferred. - Experience with e-CRM platforms such as Blackbaud Convio/Luminate Online, Salsa, Classy, Engaging Networks highly preferred. - Leadership and people management experience and proficiency; customer-service oriented attitude. - Ability to handle multiple complex projects; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements - Work with internal (sister agencies and strategy team) and external clients to develop strategic plans and projections for existing and incoming clients. - Meet with clients regularly to present results, discuss strategy, and plan for future campaigns. - Effectively communicate with programmatic, search, and social buyers to ensure campaigns are executed according to client parameters and approved strategy. - Plan digital campaigns, including research, strategy, analysis, and ongoing optimizations. - Collaborate with client teams including account managers, project managers, digital strategists, and creative staff to develop thoughtful solutions that achieve our clients' goals. - Prepare and maintain media budgets and projections for internal teams and clients. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of multichannel plans and reports. - Analyze and interpret campaign data daily/weekly to improve performance and alert client and internal teams about potential shortfalls and optimizations. - Stay up to date on new technologies to help identify value-driven ideas for clients. - Continuously learn skills necessary for personal and team growth. - Support the leadership of the Media Planning department, providing leadership and mentorship to more junior members of the planning team. - Establish new and enhance existing processes to make them more efficient and socialize with the broader team. - Participate in RFP responses by providing an overview of strategies, cost and revenue projections, and by answering technical questions about media department capabilities. - Work with analytics team to develop optimal reporting solutions for paid digital media, including search, social, programmatic, and others. - Provide leadership for internal teams and external media agencies or partners to identify opportunities that lead to effective or efficient outcomes. - Lead a team of planners and/or Jr. planners to execute the tasks required to deliver flawless digital campaigns for our clients. - Potential to include after-hours engagement in Rapid Response situations.
