Qualifications - Adaptability is key: You’ll support different teams across Virtual Care, Clinic Success, Telemedicine, and Member Success as needed. - A passion for veterinary care: You love providing excellent client experiences and clear, empathetic communication. - Credentialed Veterinary Technician: You’ve successfully completed the VTNE and have at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required). - Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms. - Exceptional communicator: You can clearly articulate medical information, both verbally and in writing, with compassion and clarity. - Adaptable problem solver: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can generate innovative solutions to support our members and teams. - Independent worker: You manage priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision. - Continuous learner: You have a curiosity-driven mindset and are eager to grow professionally to improve patient care. - Dedicated work environment: You have a quiet, distraction-free space and meet the following internet requirements: Minimum ISP parameters: >100mb_down, >100mb_up, <10ms latency. - Comfortable sitting and standing at a computer for extended periods.
