Role Description The Manager of Operations Systems Support is responsible for owning the performance, integrity, and continuous improvement of Modern Aviation’s core operating system (X1 FBO). This role serves as the single point of accountability internally for all system-related execution across operations, finance, and customer experience, including transaction accuracy, pricing, billing, integrations, and issue resolution.
