• Work with client companies in a variety of industries and geographies • Help build foundational HR programs and creating positive company cultures • Provide assistance and resources to their teams throughout the employee lifecycle • Onboarding and off-boarding team members • Maintaining employee files and process documentation • Revising and updating company handbooks • Working with leaders to develop workplace policies that align with the goals of the business • Providing guidance to employees and managers with questions and concerns • Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state labor regulations • Managing employee leave, including FMLA • Assisting with benefits enrollment and inquiries • Coordinating performance reviews • Conducting workplace investigations, preparing reports as needed • Overseeing processing of payroll changes and system updates
• Administer weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for companies across the country in various systems and industries • Provide clients with innovative, structured solutions that scale, add value and build trust • Accurately process client payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies • Ensure hours are properly imported from Time & Attendance systems • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises, etc.) • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports • Submit 401k and HSA contributions as needed • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions • Maintain a working knowledge of all payroll-related systems to serve clients’ needs now and provide recommendations for their business in the future
