• Manage and support large wholesale distributors who sell Structural Connector and Hardy Frame product lines into the Lumber and Building Material (LBM) dealer channel • Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure our company is appropriately positioned across the residential construction supply chain to optimize sales and market presence • Develop a sales plan with specific and measurable sales objectives with Management that supports the overall company objectives and strategy • Lead distributor training and align distributors with appropriate internal company resources to meet customer service goals • Work closely with distributors to identify and close applicable LBM dealer account opportunities within district • Proactively engage with distributors and customers of distributors to understand customer needs and how to support them • Identify present and future needs and market trends to guide Company strategy • Contact and educate engineers and other design professionals, builders, framers and building officials within the residential and commercial markets to ensure builders products are accepted and specified throughout the district • Maintain current and accurate customer account records, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce • Cultivate multi-level networks within the regional residential supply chain to favorably influence the sales cycle • Resolve channel conflict to support distributors and improve customer satisfaction • Act as the company’s representative through active participation in regional industry associations

• Designs truss components and truss repairs for MiTek customers and creatively solve engineering issues our customers have. • Creatively design field repairs for truss components in accordance with acceptable engineering principles and judgment. • Design truss components based on specified parameters from customers and use their knowledge of engineering and the building codes along with collaboration with other engineers in the office to ensure their designs protect the health safety and welfare of the public. • Discusses design modifications and reviews appropriate design methodologies with customers. • Assist, train and counsel customers in troubleshooting issues and design problems. • Review results of the truss design software for accuracy and collaborate with other engineers and with the software development team to determine how the software should function. • Collaborate with engineers, architects and building officials on customer component design projects.
• Design, build, and maintain software solutions that meet business needs and deliver long-term value. • Demonstrate technical leadership by proactively identifying risks, driving improvements, and influencing team direction. • Collaborate with product management, testing, and development teams to ensure solutions are efficient, consistent, and aligned with business goals. • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative requirements reviews, providing thoughtful feedback and supporting the growth of teammates. • Take ownership and accountability over deliverables, helping the team meet commitments and maintain high-quality standards. • Apply established programming standards and techniques to ensure strong performance, scalability, and reliable data handling.
