National Sales Director – Indoor Division

• Directly responsible for the revenue and sales expense within assigned channel. • Ensure that annual plan numbers are met and that any overage/shortage amounts are explained and corrective strategies put in place to achieve revenue/margin plan. • Execute the brand strategy, including MAP enforcement within the assigned channel as developed and directed by the Senior Director of Sales. • Assist direct account managers in the strategic planning and ROI required for increased brand/SKU placement, enhanced floor positioning and retailer promotions to drive sales and revenue. • Assist account managers in tracking advertising chargebacks & budgets, reconciliation of expenses, and management of promotional funding balances. • Ensure monthly meetings are held with Meyer finance staff. • Responsible for keeping track of direct reports’ performance against revenue goals for monthly incentives – Create monthly reports to track results. • Provide a monthly update to all Sr. Directors as to account standings verses the open order report, revenue and margin. • Cultivate business relationships with the retail buyer, DMM and GMM at each retail account. • Perform timely visits to retail customers to discuss business and sales opportunities/concerns and outline areas of action and follow up for direct account managers. • Oversee new product launches and transitions to ensure retailers are executing the launch as negotiated. • Oversee direct account managers in account forecasting and planning to ensure proper inventory levels and turns are achieved. • Coordinate with Senior Director of Sales to develop products and promotions to increase sales within the channel. • Assist direct account managers with internal assets needed to improve Omni channel brand positioning with account base. • Participate in the National Sales Meeting and Housewares trade shows. • Make presentations as assigned. • Coordinate team meetings with direct reports minimum two times a year. • Work with MRSD team to develop programs to improve sales including incentives, retailer events, retailer staff training, signage, etc. • Directly responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, motivating and preparing performance reviews for direct reports. • Maintain monthly calls with your counterparts in sales. • Manage and communicate new item release needs from your assigned channel. • Oversee the independent representatives assigned to Account base. • Ensure that rep groups are selling Meyer products as negotiated and focusing on placing our products with assigned retailers. • Exemplify Meyer code of guiding principles. • Travel domestically and internationally as required. • All other related duties as directed by Senior Director of Sales.
Import Export Manager

• Oversee international trade operations, including import, export, bonded warehouse management, and duty drawback programs • Ensure full customs compliance while optimizing duties, taxes, and trade-related costs • Plan, manage, and monitor all import and export activities • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies • Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities • Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, shortages, or documentation discrepancies • Accurately maintain Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) and ETA in ERP • Oversee bonded warehouse operations in compliance with customs regulations • Manage admission, storage, transfer, and ex-bond clearance of goods • Maintain accurate bonded inventory records and reconciliation with customs systems • Coordinate customs inspections, audits, and stock verification • Manage duty drawback programs for eligible imported and re-exported goods • Prepare, file, and track duty drawback claims • Analyze import/export flows to maximize duty savings and cost optimization opportunities • Prepare compliance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards • Collaborate with Finance to model and validate costs • Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics, customs, and warehousing partners • Train internal teams on bonded warehouse and duty drawback procedures
ERP & Database Reporting Manager

• The ERP & Database Reporting Manager is responsible for NetSuite ERP reporting, database analytics, business intelligence outputs and ongoing ERP development and improvement initiatives. • This role drives continuous optimization of NetSuite functionality, data quality, and reporting capabilities across NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). • Acting as a strategic partner to the cross-functional team, the manager delivers scalable system enhancements and data-driven insights that support business growth and efficiency. • This position bridges technical data systems and business needs, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. • Leads reporting development, data governance, user training & capability, and optimization of ERP and database platforms while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
