• Manage and maintain the Circle community platform (spaces, permissions, navigation). • Support member onboarding and provide technical support when needed. • Set up and optimize workflow automations such as onboarding sequences and notifications. • Organize and support 1–2 community events per month including scheduling and follow-ups. • Document standard operating procedures for community workflows. • Test courses and learning content to ensure a smooth user experience. • Monitor course completion rates and identify improvement opportunities. • Collect member feedback through surveys, polls, and direct conversations. • Recommend improvements to enhance the learning experience and participation. • Encourage participation through posts, discussions, and member interactions. • Design and run engagement activities such as community prompts, challenges, Q&A sessions, and peer circles. • Reach out to inactive members to encourage participation. • Track engagement trends and experiment with new engagement strategies. • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive community environment. • Reinforce community values, guidelines, and purpose across interactions. • Provide monthly insights on community engagement and member sentiment. • Assist with moderation and escalate sensitive issues when needed.

• Develop a web crawling and scraping system to collect relevant data from a list of websites. • Extract and process meaningful content from crawled pages. • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities to analyze website content and evaluate whether the company fits a target industry vertical. • Design a scoring or ranking mechanism that qualifies and prioritizes leads. • Produce a structured output containing qualified leads with clear reasoning or scoring. • Deliver a standalone, well-structured application ready for handover to the client.

• Facilitate interactive training sessions for cohorts of 20-30 graduates in bootcamp (2-day) and modular (4-week) formats • Deliver content bilingually in English and Arabic, adapting seamlessly based on participant needs • Lead function-specific breakout sessions tailored to Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations roles • Conduct hands-on exercises using real Nestlé scenarios, FMCG datasets, and regional business contexts • Facilitate capstone projects where graduates redesign workflows and present measurable improvements • Provide asynchronous support during program delivery periods via Q&A channels • Adapt curriculum to the client's specific workflows, tools, brands, and AI policies during planning phases • Create MENA-relevant examples that reflect regional market dynamics, cultural contexts, and business challenges • Develop bilingual resources, including prompt libraries, templates, and functional playbooks • Refine content iteratively based on real-time participant feedback and engagement • Train high-potential graduates to become internal AI advocates and peer trainers • Coach Champions on facilitation skills, resource creation, and community-building • Support Champions during co-delivery of training sessions • Facilitate communities of practice across MENA markets • Conduct pre/post assessments to measure knowledge gains and confidence improvements • Collect participant feedback and manager observations systematically • Document AI workflows created and time savings achieved by graduates • Contribute to impact reports with qualitative insights and success stories • Participate in evaluation workshops with client stakeholders

• Operationalize our AI Code of Responsibility and internal governance framework • Issue and embed interim AI usage guidelines (Week 1) to eliminate "Shadow AI" risks • Define clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability owners for AI decisions • Ensure alignment with GDPR and EU AI Act requirements, appropriately scaled for a 35-person team • Establish incident reporting pathways and simple governance structures (AI Steering Group, departmental champions) • Facilitate workshops with Creative, Comms, and Leadership to define and document explicit no-AI boundaries • Translate creative boundaries into enforceable, day-to-day guidelines • Develop implementation-ready roadmaps for 3–4 priority use cases: Shipping cost automation (Shopify integration) • Conduct an environmental impact assessment of all AI tools in use (energy, water, carbon footprint) • Design and deliver 90-minute foundation AI training workshop • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, Nature Director (sustainability lead), and department heads

• Website Restructuring: Redesign site architecture, menus, and navigation for improved usability; optimize content structure. • Design Adjustments: Update layouts, color schemes, and typography as needed; implement responsive design for mobile and desktop.

• Social media management: Create, schedule and publish social media content across platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn); version content for different formats (stories, Reels, carousels); draft clear and engaging content in Arabic and English (and desirably French); monitor and grow engagement with online audiences. • Website management: Regularly update our website with victims’ profiles, press releases, articles, legal resources and reports; ensure all pages are up to date; work closely with the team to ensure website content reflects our legal advocacy work. • Content production and translation support: Assist with the production of communications materials including newsletters, articles, profiles of victims and survivors, and our annual report; coordinate with team members for case studies and testimonies; support multimedia content creation (graphics, short videos, infographics); support multilingual communications by translating and adapting materials between Arabic and English (and, when possible, French). • Design and brand consistency: Create visual posts and infographics using graphic design tools; ensure all materials align with brand guidelines. • Administrative support: Coordinate meetings and support the organization of public events; provide statistics for reporting purposes; support the dissemination of project communication materials.
