Role Description As the Utilization Review Coordinator, you will develop and implement systems for authorizations for Inpatient, RTC, PHP and IOP Services. You will conduct pre-certs, concurrent and extended reviews. You will ensure quality documentation of patient care. Responsibilities: - Utilization Review: - Provide professional and thorough communication with external representatives to obtain authorization for admission and continued stay. - Monitor each step of the authorization process to proactively identify potential problems and optimize outcome. - Minimize the number of cases that need to be referred for psychiatric peer/peer review. - Interact with patient care staff to assure patient assessment and treatment plan is accurately and consistently reflected in facility documentation. - Prioritize multiple and various types of case activity, coordinate with UM team to ensure all deadlines are met with highest possible quality of delivery. - Maintain cumulative documentation regarding action taken during the UR process. - Conduct reviews to ensure that services and documentation conform to the facility protocols, and the requirements of third-party payer sources. - Clinical Team Member: - Interact with patient care staff as noted above. - Attend treatment staffing and other scheduled meetings to obtain and present information on patient status, care and stay. - Communicate authorization status, issues or problems to appropriate staff/departments. - Payer Management: - Obtain and maintain authorization for each patient. Problem-solve issues relating to stay or service. - Respond quickly and effectively to requests for information. - Nurture positive and professional relationships with external (third-party payers) sources. Role Description The Senior Director of Admissions serves as a key partner to the Vice President of Admissions, responsible for driving performance, optimizing operations, and advancing data-driven decision-making across the admissions function. This role bridges strategic oversight and day-to-day execution, combining leadership of admissions operations with ownership of reporting, analytics, and process optimization. The Director will leverage Salesforce and data insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve conversion, efficiency, and patient experience. Role Description The Marketing Specialist – Sales Enablement is a member of the Marketing team who will empower our Business Development Team’s Clinical Care Liaisons (CCLs) with the data-driven campaigns, content, and training they need to increase professional referral engagement, improve conversion rates, and support census growth. This position will drive the creation of modern, compelling content that redefines industry standards and elevate brand voice. Essential Functions: - Content & Collateral Development - Develop and maintain a scalable content library that enables CCLs to effectively engage referral sources and accelerate lead conversion. - Collaborate with members of the Marketing, Clinical, and Business Development teams to create content, including social media postings, email marketing campaigns, event promotions, collateral, and more for CCLs to use during referral discussions, events and general outreach. - Partner with Clinical and Marketing teams to create high-impact presentations and events materials that strengthen referral relationships and drive referral pipeline growth. - Ensure all materials are clinically accurate, aligned with brand standards, and reinforce The Meadows Behavioral Health (MBH) market position. - Marketing Technology Support - Collaborate with Business Development SVP and CCLs on activation of marketing technology (e.g., Salesforce Cloud) to increase outreach and nurturing of referral sources. - Use marketing automation technology (e.g., Marketing Cloud) to develop and distribute email campaigns, event landing pages, and other digital experiences, while measuring performance and optimizing referral-supporting content. - Design and optimize referral source journey maps using segmentation and behavioral insights to deliver personalized, high-impact engagement strategies. - Leverage Salesforce and other reporting sources to mine data to support development of outreach strategies. - Business Development Training - Assist in developing training materials for CCLs, such as training on new programs, competitive positioning, and Meadows Approach to Care. - Support development of structured sales enablement programs, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing training to improve CCL effectiveness and consistency in market engagement. - Reporting & Analytics - Develop and deliver routine performance reports that provide visibility into key KPIs, campaign outcomes, and the overall ROI of cross-functional marketing and business development activities to inform strategy and improve ROI. - Optimize performance of marketing automation campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to improve engagement and conversion rates across the referral funnel. - Cross-Functional Support - Manage and prioritize marketing support requests from the Business Development team. - Collaborate with the VP Marketing to support the development and execution of unified growth strategies by aligning Marketing, Business Development, Admissions and Operations teams to increase census and strengthen market position. - Serve as a coordination point between Business Development, Clinical, Admissions, and Marketing teams. - All other duties as assigned.
