Growth Marketing Manager

Role Description This is a remote position. Drishti Clarity Lab is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager. This is NOT a "just run ads" job. You will OWN revenue, not just channel metrics. Like a second-in-command, you take our growth engine end-to-end: - Bring new customers in efficiently. - Fix where they drop off. - Get more value from the 1 lakh+ customers who already trust us. By day 90, you will have: - Re-activated our existing customer base — generated measurable repeat revenue from the 1 lakh+ past buyers (your #1 mission). - Moved CPA closer to our ₹200 target, with stable, profitable campaigns. - Reduced our Add-to-Cart to Checkout drop-off (currently ~23%) through tested funnel fixes. - Set up a clean weekly reporting rhythm so the whole team sees the numbers honestly. Qualifications - 2–4 years running Meta Ads for a D2C / e-commerce brand or agency. - Proven ability to tie your work to revenue, not just clicks/impressions. - Comfortable with numbers — basic Excel/analytics, funnel thinking. - Bonus: Hindi-speaking / Tier 2-3 audience experience, and retention/upsell experience. - Strong copywriting — can write ad scripts and landing-page copy in Hindi/Hinglish that actually converts (please share samples). - Solid data analysis — comfortable reading dashboards, finding patterns, and drawing conclusions from numbers. - Owner mindset — you want to grow into a second-in-command, not just clock hours. Requirements - Screen-share a real account, dashboard, or report you personally built or ran (Meta Ads Manager, a tracking sheet, an analytics dashboard, a campaign result). - Bring at least one written record / screenshot / short screen-recording (even a 5-minute video) that proves a result you delivered — with before and after numbers. - Every achievement you claim must come with specific numbers and dates. Ongoing responsibilities include: - Meta Ads: daily optimization, preventing learning-phase resets, killing underperformers fast. - Funnel: landing-page and retargeting experiments to plug leaks. - Repeat Revenue: email, WhatsApp and retargeting to existing customers; revive high-value offers that worked before. - Copywriting: write high-converting ad scripts (Hindi/Hinglish) and landing-page copy that speaks to our audience and drives action. - Data analysis: read the numbers across Meta Ads, CRM and analytics — spot what's working and what's not, and make decisions from data, not guesses. - Data discipline: track everything in our Zoho ecosystem; report honestly, no guesswork. You must be ready to SHOW, not just tell: - Screen-share a real account, dashboard, or report you personally built or ran (Meta Ads Manager, a tracking sheet, an analytics dashboard, a campaign result). - Bring at least one written record / screenshot / short screen-recording (even a 5-minute video) that proves a result you delivered — with before and after numbers. - Every achievement you claim must come with specific numbers and dates. - Answer two questions in 4–5 lines each, with numbers: - Q1: Describe one time you generated revenue from an EXISTING customer base (not new acquisition). What did you do, and what was the measurable result? - Q2: Tell us about one project or campaign that completely FAILED. What happened, what was your part in it, and what did you learn? Hiring Process - We follow hire slow, fire fast. Our process has clear stages: - You read our Vivid Vision and reply with "Please interview me" if the future excites you. - Interview rounds where you show proof of your work. - Reference checks: before the final round, we WILL call your past managers. - After joining, the first 90 days decide long-term fit, measured against the clear targets above.
