We are currently seeking USA Based Over the Phone Interpreters (OPI) who speak both Hmong and English fluently. This is a REMOTE freelance position. - Over the Phone Interpreter opportunities! USA based only Qualifications - Have informal or professional interpretation experience - Are fluent in both Hmong and English - Successfully complete the language professional onboarding process and testing if required Requirements - You will need a high-speed internet connection and computer/laptop - Interpretation is done via a soft phone, requiring an interpreter to log in via computer using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser - As a contractual interpreter, you can log in both weekdays and weekends during various hours (no standby rates are offered) - Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, although not required (for example, pharmacy tech/pharmacist, nursing home, hospital, hospice, patient tech, practicum hours as part of a nursing program, pharmaceutical rep, CNA, LVN, RN, volunteering at a hospital, etc.) Company Description

Role Description Currently, we are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Contracts & Legal Affairs Team as we further develop our business. Coordinator, Contracts and Legal Affairs Provide administrative support to the contracts team as needed. Status: Full-time Location: Remote Roles and Responsibilities: - Prepares accurate Professional Service Agreements (PSAs) with approved rates, terms, and conditions. - Tracks, initiates, and processes PSA renewals. - Enters customer and special contract requirements accurately in the ERP system. - Maintains customer accounts and compliance records in the ERP system. - Manages executed contracts in the Contract Management System and maintains accurate contract metadata. - Oversees billing management data in the ERP system. - Communicates contract terms, rates, and client requests to the appropriate teams. - Maintains insurance certificates and resolves insurance-related contract issues. - Partners with the sales team to support client satisfaction with the online portal experience. - Other duties as required and assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
