• Support the accurate processing of contracts, invoices, and financial data. • Ensure that our systems are always up to date. • Assist our team with day-to-day finance and accounting operations. • Review and validate contracts, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure accurate setup in CRM. • Prepare order confirmations and invoices, including final quality checks before sending. • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success on active contracts (e.g. renewals, terminations). • Handle customer inquiries related to contracts and billing. • Execute operational tasks and ensure data consistency across systems (e.g. billing intervals). • Own DSO management: track receivables, follow up on overdue invoices, and support healthy cash flow.
