• Support Account Executives through discovery and technical validation • Assist in delivering tailored product demonstrations • Help articulate technical capabilities and business value • Contribute to solution design aligned to customer needs • Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validation • Assist with RFP responses and technical documentation • Gather and share customer requirements and feedback • Support communication between customers and Product/Engineering • Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation

• Own and continuously improve Marketplacer’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) • Lead the audit programme across ISO 27001 surveillance, SOC 2 Type II cycles, GDPR, PCI DSS and adjacent regulatory obligations • Act as Incident Commander during material security or privacy incidents • Own Marketplacer’s AI governance baseline • Lead the customer trust programme • Govern and manage the external security vendor ecosystem • Provide direct leadership to the security and IT function • Manage the security function’s budget and vendor contracts

• Deliver end-to-end seller onboarding and activation • Seller enablement, workshops and communication • Support sellers with platform setup and catalogue onboarding • Manage onboarding workflows and tasks within SLA • Maintain product data accuracy and marketplace compliance • Act as the primary operational contact during onboarding, working alongside Customer Success • Identify risks or delays and drive resolution, troubleshooting
