• Own the full growth funnel for Circles: Paid and organic acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, referrals and upgrades . You'll develop and iterate on market strategy, develop and iterate execution plans, and lead your team to deliver. You'll also support broader Marco Polo growth initiatives as relevant. • Drive paid marketing performance: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across mobile and social channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond), with deep fluency in creative development and testing, ROAS optimization and profitable scaling. • Lead a cross-functional growth team: You'll manage a mix of marketers, product managers, and designers — all unified around a single charter: profitable growth. You create clarity, build momentum, and foster a culture of learning and high performance. • Drive AI-powered growth capabilities: Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools across acquisition, creative, and lifecycle — bringing new capabilities to the team before they become obvious and raising everyone's fluency as you go.
