Role Description The role at a glance: - Role: Operations Executive - Salary: £30,000-£32,000 - Location: UK remote, with occasional days in London or Manchester - Holiday: 35 days incl. bank holidays, plus 5 extra days off a year for adventures - Contract: Permanent, full-time - Also included: - 12 sessions a year of leadership coaching - £1,000 development budget - The opportunity to train as a coach yourself - Fully flexible working This role is not for everyone. We are looking for someone who can: - Make complex operations run smoothly without anyone noticing - Catch small issues before they become big problems - Value operational work that often goes unrecognized Qualifications - Experience in an operational support, coordination, or executive support role, ideally in a professional services SME - Strong written communication: clear, accurate, adaptable across registers - Comfort across CRM, project management, spreadsheets, and learning platforms - Use of AI and the wider toolset that makes a small business run - Some experience supporting finance or HR administration - A bachelor's degree in any subject or at least 5 years equivalent workplace experience - The right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor visas for this role) Requirements Who we think you are: - You are drawn to tools and use them effectively - You have an eye for quality and detail - You are curious about coaching Helpful but not essential: - Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Scoro - A coaching qualification, or genuine interest in pursuing one - Experience in education, leadership development, or a similar field - Experience with B Corp, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, or equivalent compliance work Benefits - Salary: £30,000-£32,000 - Location: UK remote, with occasional days in London or Manchester - Holiday: 35 days incl. bank holidays, plus 5 extra days off a year for adventures - Contract: Permanent, full-time - Also included: - 12 sessions a year of leadership coaching - £1,000 development budget - The opportunity to train as a coach yourself - Fully flexible working How to apply and what to expect The full application pack and application form can be found here: Application Form We've replaced the cover letter with a thoughtfully designed application form.
