Role Description This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned client service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex financial lives. The Senior Client Service Specialist in this role will serve as a critical partner to Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless delivery of client service, operational excellence, and account management across a sophisticated client base. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep experience in wealth management client service, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering a white-glove client experience. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry while helping drive operational excellence and service delivery across a rapidly growing advisory platform. This position is fully remote, with the ideal candidate located in New Jersey. Must be comfortable and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience - 5+ years of client service experience within wealth management, private banking, brokerage, or a similar financial services environment - Proven experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex financial structures - Strong knowledge of investment accounts, portfolio structures, and wealth management operations - Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior client service professionals - High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe - Experience working with CRM systems and client reporting platforms Requirements - Exceptional client service mindset and passion for delivering a white-glove experience - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - High level of attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy - Demonstrated discretion and commitment to maintaining strict client confidentiality - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment structures, and wealth management operations - Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and proactively resolve challenges - Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and high personal integrity Benefits - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401(k) - Health Savings Account - Paid Maternity Leave - Paid Parental Leave - Tuition Reimbursement
