• Provide executive-level virtual assistance and manage all aspects of travel logistics for team members and leadership. • Provide administrative support across property management operations and human resources functions. • Support the financial operations of the organization through accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up on financial matters.

• Identifying and researching target law firms, legal departments, and enterprise accounts • Prospecting into key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Directors, Records Managers, and Operations leaders • Generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities through outbound outreach • Executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, webinars) • Understanding prospect technology environments (iManage, NetDocuments, Azure, CRM systems, etc.) • Identifying triggers such as cloud migrations, mergers, compliance initiatives, or reporting gaps • Qualifying opportunities before passing them to Sales Leadership • Maintaining accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking • Supporting marketing campaigns and following up on inbound leads • Consistently achieving pipeline generation targets familiar with using tools like CRM, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software products • Work closely with senior developers, project managers, and clients to implement features • Enhance existing systems and support deployments • Collaborate with team members to gather and understand functional requirements • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# code, including RESTful APIs and web, desktop, and cloud-based applications • Support and enhance existing and legacy applications • Participate in code reviews and apply feedback • Assist with quality assurance and testing efforts • Help develop and maintain installation wizards, deployment scripts, and automation tools • Create and update technical and administrator documentation • Support client installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
