• Support day-to-day accounting operations • Contribute to the month-end close process • Help maintain accurate financial records for the U.S. corporate entity • Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP • Support month-end close activities, including accruals, amortization, depreciation, and reclassifications • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving variances • Support data gathering and analysis for tax, compliance, and regulatory reporting processes • Pull, organize, and retain supporting documentation for monthly close and annual audit purposes • Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records • Support process improvements and special projects as assigned
• Plan and coordinate software projects from start to finish. • Define project scope, deliverables and deadlines. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure deadlines are met. • Manage the project budget and ensure that expenditures are within the forecast. Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans. • Ensure that the software development team follows best practices and complies with quality standards. • Communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that the project meets their requirements. • Manage relationships with suppliers and other third parties. • Provide project reporting and analysis to management.
- Build and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, leveraging existing trusted relationships and developing new ones, resulting in measurable growth (revenue, renewals, expansions, referrals). - Identify target accounts and customers within the accounts based on the expertise we can provide. - Qualify and drive sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle. - Monitor and manage client expectations and perception of pre- and post-product delivery. - Create strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies. - Act as a bridge between delivery and sales. - Manage existing accounts and assist with statement of work creation modification and submission. - Assist with account profitability and invoicing. - Responsible for revenue forecasting accuracy.
