• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data across diverse sources and environments • Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes within cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) • Own and maintain data transformation logic, codebases, and supporting documentation • Model and optimize data structures within data lakes and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting use cases • Ensure data reliability, integrity, and performance to meet client and application SLA requirements • Manage evolving data ingestion formats across Health Systems, Life Sciences, and Enterprise partner ecosystems • Drive automation and continuous improvement of data workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation processes • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions • Develop and promote best practices in data engineering, data modeling, and pipeline design • Conduct data profiling and support testing efforts in partnership with QA and DevOps teams
• Monitor and analyze cloud spend across Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake (if applicable). • Build cost tracking and reporting dashboards using native tools (Azure Cost Management, Databricks Billing APIs & Dashboards, Power BI) and SQL/Python. • Develop tagging and cost-allocation frameworks to support chargeback and forecasting models. • Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to optimize compute usage, storage tiers, and licensing. • Recommend query tuning, partitioning and caching strategies to improve performance and reduce cost-per-job on Databricks. • Support monthly budget reviews and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. • Manage governance policies for resource provisioning and cost alerts. • Partner with Information Security to ensure FinOps practices and cost controls align with SOC2 and HIPAA compliance requirements. • Provide insights into FinOps maturity and recommend process improvements.
• Design and build data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing healthcare clinical data, and continuously improve them. • Collaborate with data scientists, data integration specialists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. • Implement data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance, identifying and resolving issues before they become problems. • Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA. • Partner with the DevOps team to deploy and manage data pipeline infrastructure in our Azure cloud environment. • Evaluate and adopt emerging tools, frameworks, and techniques that can improve our data platform: bring recommendations, not just questions. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Own a portfolio of high-value Life Science accounts and be accountable for retention, growth, and account health. • Operate as a strategic partner to commercial, medical, and HEOR stakeholders while also being willing to dive into details and work directly with internal teams. • Connect data, product capabilities, and client strategy to define and execute account plans that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients and for Loopback. • Drive initiatives to create and operationalize scalable go-to-market and client management processes. • Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition to Loopback’s solutions. • Help clients use Loopback data, analytics, and tools to achieve clinical, commercial, and access objectives. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships; act as primary point of contact and internal advocate. • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer goals and constraints, and providing tailored solutions. • Build and manage structured account plans with clear objectives, success metrics, and growth opportunities. • Identify, qualify, and prioritize expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them. • Synthesize complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams to align client strategies and objectives with Loopback’s roadmap. • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and documentation that enable consistent, high-quality client delivery and drive team efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
