Role Description We are seeking a Head of Revenue & Strategic Growth to lead go-to-market strategy, deal structure, and revenue expansion across the Kinship platform. This is not a traditional sales role. You will operate as a revenue architect , responsible for shaping how the platform is sold, adopted, and monetized across: - Government agencies - Vendor/provider networks - Platform transition opportunities You will work directly with leadership to define and execute a controlled, high-impact growth strategy. Key Responsibilities - Platform Expansion (Kinship Core) - Expand adoption within existing government clients - Support selective new agency opportunities - Identify opportunities to evolve and extend platform capabilities over time - Navigate complex procurement and stakeholder environments - Vendor Ecosystem Growth (Vendor Portal) - Drive vendor adoption, onboarding, and engagement - Develop and execute monetization strategies (subscription, transaction-based, hybrid) - Build repeatable growth motion across vendor networks - Revenue Strategy & Deal Architecture - Define pricing models and commercial structures - Structure complex deals across agencies and vendors - Balance revenue growth with delivery readiness and platform maturity - Pipeline & Execution - Build and manage a focused, high-quality pipeline - Close strategic opportunities and expand existing accounts - Partner with leadership on high-impact deals and partnerships - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with market demand - Translate customer and vendor feedback into actionable insights - Help define a repeatable go-to-market motion over time Qualifications - Required - 7–12+ years of experience in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, or public sector growth roles - Proven experience selling into state and/or local government agencies - Experience shaping go-to-market strategy, pricing, or deal structure - Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills - Preferred - Experience with marketplace or two-sided platforms (vendors + agencies) - Familiarity with human services, healthcare, or public sector systems - Experience working in early-stage or evolving product environments - Exposure to platform transitions or system modernization efforts Compensation - Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 – $250,000+ (uncapped) - Performance-based commission tied to: - Agency deals - Vendor-generated revenue - Platform adoption milestones What Success Looks Like - VendorPortal adoption and revenue established across initial customers - Expansion within existing agency accounts - Defined and validated pricing and monetization models - Repeatable, controlled go-to-market motion established Why Join Kinship Systems - Direct access to leadership and decision-making - Opportunity to shape the revenue engine of a growing GovTech platform - Existing customer base and immediate market opportunity - High-impact role with long-term growth potential How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief note describing: - Your experience working with government agencies - Your involvement in pricing, monetization, or go-to-market strategy - An example of a complex deal or growth initiative you helped structure

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to serve as a hands-on, customer-facing expert supporting a live Salesforce-based platform used by public sector agencies. This role is critical to stabilizing and scaling a complex production environment. The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working directly with customers, and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time. This is not a passive development role — this is a frontline technical leader who can diagnose, explain, and fix issues live. Key Responsibilities - Customer-Facing Technical Leadership - Join live customer calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalations - Clearly communicate technical issues and resolutions to non-technical stakeholders - Hands-On Troubleshooting & Development - Debug and resolve issues across: - Aura Components (critical) - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Flows and automation - Apex (as needed) - Salesforce permissions and access issues - Identify root causes and implement durable fixes (not temporary workarounds) - Support & Triage - Triage incoming support tickets and determine: - Immediate resolution vs. deeper investigation - Resolve high-priority issues quickly to minimize customer impact - Partner with backend developers when needed for complex issues - System Stability & Optimization - Proactively identify system risks, inefficiencies, and recurring issues - Recommend improvements to reduce support volume and increase system reliability - Ensure production environments remain stable during updates and changes Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) - 5+ years of Salesforce experience in hands-on technical roles - Strong experience with: - Aura Components (required — must be able to debug and modify) - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Apex (debugging and light development) - Flows and automation - Proven experience working in live production environments - Experience troubleshooting permissions, profiles, and access issues - Prior customer-facing experience (must be comfortable on calls) Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred) - Experience in public sector or case management systems - Experience supporting complex, multi-user production orgs - Familiarity with integrations and data migration scenarios What Success Looks Like - Issues are resolved quickly and confidently during live sessions - Customers feel supported and confident in the system - Support ticket volume decreases over time - Root causes are identified and eliminated, not repeated - The platform becomes more stable and predictable What This Role Is Not - Not a project manager - Not a purely backend developer - Not a passive support role Engagement Type - Contract or full-time (flexible based on experience) - Immediate start preferred Why This Role Matters You will play a key role in stabilizing and scaling a mission-critical platform used by government agencies.
