• Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and guide our team through escalated customer service issues. • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing customer service results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary. • Define all customer interactions and develop processes that will provide exceptional customer experiences with each interaction. • Implement AI based tools to enhance customer experience while increasing employee productivity. • Develop CRM functions incorporating our sales channels (in-store, website, webchat, phone and email). • Resolve escalated customer experience issues appropriately, document issues, and train employees on best practices for solutions in the future. • Ensure departmental functional execution including customer/member assignment, customer compliance, pricing and costing maintenance, sales order processing, proposals, and overall departmental processes.
• Provide sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, industry partners, and web customers. • Communicate with customers and internal departments on an ongoing basis to provide the highest possible level of service to clients. • Complete customer transactions and help resolve customer questions and problems. • Handle incoming sales leads through our online sales channels (emails, phone, webchat). • Work on decorative and architectural lighting projects. • Assist our retail and commercial customers with product and sales questions through digital platforms - mostly webchat and email.
• Preparing and submitting purchase orders on a daily basis to vendor suppliers. • Making purchasing and order fulfillment decisions with a daily goal to achieve a 100% fill rate. • Assuring the timely processing of sales order fulfillment based on daily company order activity. • Working with sales and customer service departments to ensure customer orders are accurately entered, and placed in a timely and cost effective manner. • Providing troubleshooting of purchasing issues to other company departments. • Using ERP to compile data and analyze purchasing patterns. • Negotiating pricing, transportation and payment terms with vendors. • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
• Own the overall PIM roadmap, data governance standards, and best practices across the organization. • Define and enforce data quality standards, taxonomies, attribute frameworks, and enrichment requirements. • Oversee the import, cleansing, enrichment, and validation of product data (attributes, descriptions, specifications, and digital assets) within the PIM system. • Ensure high levels of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all channels. • Manage PIM system configuration, including data models, workflows, permissions, integrations, and automation. • Partner with IT and vendors to support enhancements, integrations, and system scalability. • Oversee syndication of product content to e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, catalogs. • Ensure channel-specific requirements are met while maintaining a single source of truth. • Lead, mentor, and support PIM specialists and vendors. • Translate business requirements into scalable PIM solutions. • Identify data conflicts, inefficiencies, and gaps; implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and errors. • Develop and maintain reporting on data health, enrichment progress, and operational KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Suite Script (2.x) solutions • Build and customize scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, and RESTlets • Develop custom records, fields, and forms • Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools • Maintain data integrity across NetSuite and external systems (CRM, e-commerce, etc.) • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite performance, scripting, and functional issues • Optimize existing customizations for performance and scalability • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer • Work closely across all aspects of the business • Understand each functional use area of NetSuite as utilized by the users • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Follow NetSuite best practices, release management, and change control • Participate in NetSuite upgrades, testing, and sandbox deployments
