Role Description At LearningLeaders, our mission is to empower everyone to lead, delight, and inspire. The Branding & Marketing Team contributes to this mission by enabling lead generation across different channels. Naturally, these processes also support the strategic positioning of LearningLeaders, create our brand awareness, and enhance our online presence! Video production will help shape our seasonal marketing events that are hosted on a quarterly basis. What will you be doing? - Oversee full production stack of ongoing LL-related ‘shows’ including: podcasts, weekly shows, vlogs, etc. - Define production schedule and work with Creators/Collaborators to ensure regular production cycles. - Produce video/audio content (editing). - Regularly post video/audio content on necessary channels. - Regularly update shared folders for CEO to post on his personal social media channels. - Cross-post promotion on various company Instagram & Facebook accounts. - Drive production of Seasonal Launch Event videos (hour-long live webinars with pre-recorded content to share). - Drive Lesson Video edits (as necessary - simple ‘talking head’ videos against colored backdrop with templates provided). - Align with Chief of Staff on key marketing message each quarter, confirm script and related offerings/products for subsequent season. - Coordinate among filming/production sites and personnel who should film which part of the script. - Coordinate/manage vendor responsible for illustrations/design work. - Edit and master final video release. - Produce short-form videos and FAQ videos from within long-form release. - Continually maintain an easily-referenced and globally-accessible content library. - Provide consistent production and posting of content. - Provide weekly insights and recommendations to Lead Conversion Team (actions taken to media to increase depth of followers). - Ensure production is completed before live events. - Obtain approval from Chief of Staff on final edit/release. Qualifications - 1-2 years experience in video editing & production. - Social media account management experience. - Strategic media scheduling. - Creative design & production. - Production portfolio. Role Description At LearningLeaders, our mission is to empower everyone to lead, delight, and inspire. The Office of CEO responsibilities span multiple functions of the organization, namely operations such as HR, culture & belonging, finance, legal, and accounting. Naturally, these processes benefit the entire team, external partners, and customers by removing pain points, supporting their work, and delighting and inspiring. What will you be doing? - Executive Assistant to CEO - CEO Prioritization - Work with Chief of Staff to prioritize CEO Action Item list. - Support CEO by assisting in completion of higher priority items. - Independently complete lower priority items. - Communication + Follow-through Support - Send follow-up messages, reminders, and complete tasks as requested by CEO. - Communicate with customers, potential clients, or team members. - Calendar Management - Weekly + monthly calendar review with CEO + Chief of Staff. - Monitor and optimize percentage of time spent on various activities. - Re-arrange and prioritize schedule according to CEO and Chief of Staff priorities. - Travel Booking and Arrangements - Book airfare, AirBnBs + hotels, and locate restaurants, dry cleaners, gift shops, etc. - Ship baggage/equipment ahead of schedule to arrive at CEO lodgings. - Communicate with hotels/lodging management to arrange logistics. - Arrange Cold Contacts - Communicate with guests for CEO’s Podcast and arrange bookings/meetings. - Cold contacts for other business relationships or leadership development purposes. - Slide and Meeting Materials Preparation - Prepare necessary materials for CEO to attend meetings prepared. - Research counter-parties and organize meeting minutes. - Meet with internal/external parties to gather necessary material to brief CEO effectively. - Personal + Family Finance Management - Review and support CEO personal spending (credit cards, expense accounts). - Organize reimbursements on a monthly basis. - Support in filing annual taxes. - CEO Personal Tasks - Support personal/family-related tasks, such as birthday/anniversary card preparation. - Mail letters/packages, order flowers, arrange dinner or event reservations, etc. - Core Business Process Support - Building Playbooks - documenting the process, creating Looms, etc. - Arranging payments to vendors/contractors on a weekly basis. - Communicating with vendors if any issues arise. - Arranging interviews with candidates for future roles, including onboarding them onto BambooHR platform. Qualifications - 5 years experience in an admin role, preferably at a start-up. - Must be tech-savvy (knowledgeable of Gmail, calendar, etc.). - Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English. - Attention to detail in written correspondence. - Strong adaptability to cope with a fast-growing environment. - Ability to quickly integrate feedback.
