• Architect scalable and secure onboarding solutions for enterprise applications using SailPoint ISC. • Define integration patterns and connector strategies (e.g., direct connectors, RESTful APIs, JDBC, file feeds). • Lead the development of role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks and entitlement models. • Oversee end-to-end onboarding lifecycle: planning, development, integration, testing, and production deployment. • Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, access profiles, identity attributes, and lifecycle events. • Ensure compliance with audit and security requirements including SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA. • Collaborate with business units, application teams, and security leadership to gather requirements and align onboarding efforts. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams. • Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, integration steps, and configuration decisions. • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor onboarding progress and access certification campaigns.
SAP S/4 EWM Architect

• Lead embedded EWM solution architecture and roadmap across multiple sites, ensuring standardization, scalability, and adherence to S/4HANA best practices. • Serve in a joint leadership capacity driving rollout execution for plants, warehouses, and distribution centers, providing direction on configuration, integration, and data readiness. • Partner with business and IT teams to define the long-term support and sustainment model for EWM and related logistics solutions. • Collaborate with functional leads and process owners to identify opportunities to extend EWM and S4 capabilities, enabling process transformation and operational excellence. • Translate warehouse and logistics requirements into SAP designs that drive efficiency, accuracy, and business agility. • Provide expert guidance on EWM design, including master data, RF framework, labor management, resource management, and cross-module integration (MM, PP, SD, TM). • Facilitate design workshops, fit/gap analysis, and solution validation across cross-functional teams. • Mentor and develop internal team members to build strong EWM and S/4HANA competencies. • Advise program and supply chain leadership on solution scalability, performance optimization, and roadmap evolution.
