Role Description REMOTE work! Customer Service Agents provide professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service by: - Accurately processing customer activation and change requests to subscription services. - Answering questions about KVH product offerings. - Responding to billing inquiries. - Processing customer payments. - Provisioning services. - Presenting customers with upgrade opportunities. - Performing other general customer service duties. Salary Offer: Php 20,000.00 with additional Php 4k upon regularization plus other allowances & benefits. Qualifications - Fluent in verbal and written English. - Flexibility to work varying and changing shifts. - Associates degree or higher preferred. - At least 2 years Customer Service and/or Data Entry Experience handling international accounts. - Strong, professional customer support skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Adaptable to process, policy, and other changes as part of a dynamic environment.
