Description The Regional Sales Leader will be based in a specific region and is responsible for leading the Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC sales team within a defined territory to achieve company objectives in the areas of quality new business acquisition and collaborating on new customer on-boarding. The Regional Sales Leader is tasked with developing and enforcing processes that drive sales, evaluating and adjusting team performance, and hiring and training team members. To effectively lead the sales team, travel up to 75% of the time may be required to work with sales representatives in their respective markets. The Regional Sales Leader will report to the Field Vice President. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Execute against company sales and product strategies - Attain company sales targets for new customer acquisition and store openings - Analyze data on past performance and future objectives, to effectively plan and set goals for the Division - Support Market Development Representatives in obtaining quality new business locations - Monitor and ensure accountability for sales-driving activities, providing feedback, coaching and assistance to Market Development Representatives - Ensure key processes and plans are in place through enforcement of market development representative adherence to sales processes, leading and lagging indicators, and accurate CRM management. - Spend time in the field with Market Development Representatives to assess and coach performance improvement. - Solve practical challenges and identify a variety of concrete action-steps in situations where limited standardization may exist - Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to support business initiatives - Hire and train new Market Development Representatives - Overnight travel is required Requirements Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred and/or requisite industry management experience is required - Three to five years of sales management experience preferred - Proficient in MS Office Suite (including MS Excel), Gmail & Internet applications - Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrates collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally - Strong analytical, diagnostic, and root cause identification skills - Critical perspective and observation of store-level execution elements; marketing, merchandising and brand integrity - Proven prioritization, presentation, time management, project management and planning skills - Effectively copes with change, shifts gears comfortably, decides and acts without having the total picture; able to handle risk and uncertainty - Ability to appropriately delegate work - Remains calm under pressure and acts in an ethical manner at all times Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 401(k) with company match - Wellness Program - Unlimited Paid Time Off - Ongoing Team Member Development Location Requirement: Candidate will work full time out of his/her home and 75 % travel is required Compensation: Candidate will have a base salary competitive to market rates and will have a very competitive bonus structure directly tied to specific performance goals and increasing the profits and overall growth for the stores.

This role drives strategic partnerships, accelerates new customer acquisition, and unlocks value within existing accounts through a data-driven and customer-centric approach. This leader will define and execute national and regional business development strategies, engage senior decision-makers across key accounts, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, profitable growth. The Director serves as a key ambassador of the Krispy Krunchy value proposition, bringing industry insights, strategic vision, and executional excellence to the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives. - Identify emerging market trends, white space opportunities, and new channels for expansion. - Own and deliver against revenue and volume targets tied to new and existing business. - Lead enterprise-level prospecting efforts to secure new accounts. - Design and deliver compelling, insight-led sales strategies that differentiate Krispy Krunchy in the marketplace. - Build scalable pipelines and drive consistent conversion of high-value opportunities. - Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on category dynamics, consumer behavior, and operational execution. - Negotiate complex agreements and long-term partnerships that drive mutual value. - Oversee development and execution of joint business plans to grow existing accounts. - Leverage analytics to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies that improve outcomes. - Ensure profitable expansion through disciplined pricing, mix, and operational alignment. - Partner with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. - Influence internal stakeholders and align resources to support strategic priorities. - Contribute to broader commercial strategy and organizational planning. - Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to generate actionable insights. - Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions. Requirements Experience: - 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or key account management within consumer goods, foodservice, or direct store delivery industries. - Proven success in acquiring and scaling large, multi-unit or chain accounts. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value agreements. - Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. - MBA preferred. - Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce, or similar CRM/analytics platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
