• You are the partner's primary point of contact from launch through renewal. • Run the recurring cadence (typically bi-weekly) as partners mature. • Know where every account stands before the renewal conversation starts. • Keep a full partner portfolio organized and moving. • Partner with Engineering to build out required reports. • Make necessary changes directly in forming-building and dashboard/BI tools. • Help partners become independent operators of the FarmRaise platform. • Log feature requests from partners and track adoption of features.

• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to identify where AI can deliver immediate user value (e.g., financial insights, sustainability compliance checks, farm-specific recommendations). • Lead efforts in maintaining SOC-2 Compliance • Drive the long-term technical direction for AI-enabled features across our platform, from computer vision to data parsing to intelligent recommendations. • Define technical specs for features and target dates, ensuring alignment between product and engineering teams. • Define architectural patterns for the platform, ensure scalability and reliability. • Provide technical leadership across teams, set engineering standards, mentor others, and raise the bar for the org. • Collaborate as needed with stakeholders to clarify goals and drive product development. • Contribute across the entire stack, from front-end to back-end, databases, and deployment. • Engage in code reviews and design discussions to raise team standards for lean, effective development.

• Engage directly with FSA stakeholders to gather insights and ensure Hub content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current programs and priorities. • Own ongoing content updates within Webflow, including editing and maintaining existing pages. • Build and launch basic, no-code webpages in Webflow to support new Hub resources and workflows. • Review and score farmer coursework associated with FSA loan borrower training. • Own and deliver bi-annual reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with cooperative agreement expectations. • Learn and utilize JotForm to support Hub content and workflows, including building and managing forms as needed. • Leverage Google Analytics to analyze and report on Hub usage data.
