• Conduct comprehensive reviews of eligibility case processing using State-approved methodologies, tools, and scorecards • Complete daily scoring and documentation across administered programs • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with State and Federal eligibility policies • Provide individualized coaching to eligibility staff based on case review findings • Conduct scheduled phone coaching sessions to reinforce policy adherence and correct errors • Deliver live training sessions and presentations demonstrating proper case processing and task completion • Serve as support to eligibility staff, reinforcing ongoing skill development and performance improvement • Interpret and explain policy requirements in a clear, actionable manner during coaching engagements • Collaborate with the Program Management Team to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions • Partner with the TPR Team Lead on daily operations, priorities, and workflow coordination • Participate in cross-functional efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and consistency • Conduct interview observations as a silent participant to assess adherence to procedures and customer interaction standards • Provide structured feedback following observations to support performance improvement • Complete required reporting on review outcomes, trends, and performance metrics • Interpret and apply complex State and Federal policies when reviewing cases and coaching staff • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy changes and ensure alignment in review practices • Complete eligibility processing assignments as needed based on operational demand • Support special projects and initiatives aligned with program goals • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Educate recipients about the Pathways Program offerings and enrollment options. • Introduce managed care choices to recipients and aid in navigating health care and dental plans. • Cultivate positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients. • Input data directly into specified internal automated systems following project policies. • Develop and sustain familiarity with the community, actively participating in local events, health fairs, and related activities as required. • Support fellow team members in managing and completing daily tasks. • Role primarily entails working closely with pathways members/applicants whom are 60 years and older and need a lot of assistance navigating and understanding their benefits and access to said benefits.
• Develop efficient and scalable data extraction methodologies to retrieve data from diverse sources, such as databases, APIs, web scraping, flat files, and streaming platforms. • Design and implement robust data loading processes to efficiently ingest and integrate data into the latest data warehousing technology, ensuring data quality and consistency. • Develop and maintain staging processes to facilitate the organization and transformation of raw data into structured formats, preparing it for downstream analysis and reporting. • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to identify and address data anomalies, inconsistencies, and integrity issues. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data extraction and loading processes, optimizing overall system performance and data availability. • Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards throughout the data extraction and warehousing processes, implementing appropriate access controls and encryption mechanisms. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data extraction and warehousing processes, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and process workflows. • Mentor and support junior data engineers, providing guidance on best practices, technical design, and professional development to elevate overall team capability and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their data requirements and provide efficient data engineering solutions. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud technologies, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance data extraction and warehousing capabilities.
