• Own and administer Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity, lead flow optimization, and structured pipeline management. • Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics. • Monitor inbound contact submissions and execute initial outreach. • Maintain CRM hygiene and support ongoing business development tracking and follow-up processes. • Manage end-to-end submission, tracking, and approval workflows for partnership contracts and legal documentation. • Oversee vendor onboarding, including system setup, PO creation, documentation, and billing issue resolution. • Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and maintain organized records for audit purposes. • Direct accounts payable activities related to ecosystem initiatives and ensure timely vendor payments. • Track partnership-related budgets and support financial reporting. • Manage inventory, distribution, and recovery of test devices and partner hardware assets. • Serve as the coordination point for partnership-related PR requests and media interactions, partnering with Digital Health PR to ensure accurate and timely execution. • Support the Head of Ecosystem Development by tracking Health in-app marketing program requests.

• Develop impactful and proactive sourcing strategies, that incorporates multi-channel searches and techniques. • Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates with an active presence in the market and a deep research-oriented understanding of the industry. • Work closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates, while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs. • Promote our employer brand while utilizing various advertising techniques to attract top talent. • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired. • Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations. • Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment, work with hiring managers to build overall understanding of position requirements. • Work closely with supporting team members, recruiters and coordinators, to establish successful recruitment processes.

• User Research & Testing : Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user pain points and validate designs. • Interaction Design & Architecture : Creating user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes to structure the user journey • Visual Design (UI) : Producing high-fidelity mockups, defining typography, color palettes, and interface elements (buttons, menus). • Prototyping & Iteration : Building interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and iterating based on feedback. • Collaboration : Working with developers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoff. • Design System Maintenance : Ensuring visual consistency and accessibility standards are met across all products. • Content Implementation : Uploading, editing, and formatting text, images, and video content using Content Management Systems (CMS) or publishing tools. • Design & UI Optimization : Applying established design systems to create and update UI elements like layouts, buttons, and typography for web, mobile, or e-reader platforms. • UX Enhancement : Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving user experience issues, ensuring accessibility (e.g., WCAG standards), and improving usability. • Brand & Style Management : Ensuring all published content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and editorial style.
