• Produce monthly blogs, web pages, and social media content for assigned clients • Provide copy support to the web development and design team, as required • Join client calls to understand their environment in order to write strong content that brings in quality web traffic. • Use Google Analytics and Search Console to inform content decisions • Work in platforms including Moz, WordPress, Pipedrive, and others
• Work directly with Bonadio Partners to assist clients with a variety of financial and operational studies and projects • Communicate directly with clients to perform information gathering interviews, request data and documentation and present final reports, analyses and recommendations • Conduct consulting fieldwork - interviews, walkthroughs, process-mapping exercises, data analysis, compliance testing, etc. • Perform testing and analytical procedures with large datasets • Write comprehensive reports detailing project procedures, observations, findings and recommendations, based on work completed, industry research, experience and knowledge • Manage multiple ongoing consulting engagements simultaneously • Supervise consulting staff working on engagements
• Provide revenue cycle support to Beacon clients, team members and firm employees. • Complete duties associated with being an outsourced billing service provider including charge entry, payment posting, claims submission and follow up, coding and auditing. • Oversee cash recovery projects. • Conduct diagnostic reviews of revenue cycles to determine opportunities for best practice performance. • Conduct revenue cycle, billing, and coding training sessions for Beacon clients and team members. • Identify opportunities to improve services to individual clients and develop suggestions for adjustment of services as appropriate.
• Performing mid and large IT and information security risk and compliance assessments, PCI engagements, audits, gap analyses, and remediation • Actively lead projects in the areas of PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 • Communicating with project stakeholders to effectively convey requirements of technical and process improvements • Develop customized policies, procedures and controls, disaster recovery plans and technical documentation for applications, systems and infrastructure • Possess an in-depth knowledge of IT security and various frameworks (i.e. PCI, ISO, NIST, CMMC etc.) • Experience in managing policy exceptions, including working directly with the teams to document exceptions, identify compensating controls and remediation action plans
