• Define and execute an ambitious roadmap to reach our traffic, acquisition, and engagement goals while considering the marketing budget • Manage our acquisition campaigns across the Google and Facebook Ads ecosystems using a Test & Learn approach • Launch new acquisition channels: Pinterest, TikTok, native ads, podcasts… and propose growth experiments to test (channel, target, A/B test, message…) • Analyze acquisition campaign performance and identify insights (top and flop, opportunities) through ad-hoc analyses • Personalize and optimize landing pages and the acquisition funnel by target/channel in close collaboration with the Product team • Develop and expand analytics (dashboards, attribution…) in partnership with the Data team • Continuously monitor marketing trends in the sector and track competitor activity
