• Own all client-facing deliverables related to software and analytics projects. • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of presentations, reports, and insights. • Maintain accountability for the results and outcomes of professional services engagements. • Finalize the development of client presentations. • Serve as the primary presenter in client meetings, articulating insights, recommendations, and strategic value. • Translate complex analytics into actionable business insights for clients. • Partner with internal analytics and platform teams to align on project goals and timelines. • Own the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract extensions. • Identify and drive upsell opportunities, including: Additional software licenses, new professional services engagements, software modules and feature expansions, third-party data integrations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs and priorities. • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or concerns.
• Apply statistical and econometric modeling, time series analysis, optimization methods, and generative AI to develop improved approaches to demand modeling, elasticity estimation, price recommendation, competition analytics, and related challenges. • Develop reusable tools, frameworks, and components to support and accelerate delivery of value from data science. • Deploy scalable and maintainable solutions to cloud environments, leveraging version control practices and robust code quality and documentation standards. • Work independently and as part of the Data Science Research team, contributing to research prioritisation and technical direction in collaboration with the Director and Product leadership. • Demonstrate technical excellence by delivering high-quality, innovative solutions and championing best practices to ensure research outputs are reproducible, scalable, and maintainable. • Contribute to evaluation and adoption of appropriate tools, programming languages, and technologies. • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development. • Identify and contribute to patent opportunities and the company's intellectual property portfolio. • Collaborate across Development, Product, Analytics, and Commercial teams to ensure solutions address business challenges and stakeholder objectives. • Partner with operational teams to ensure data pipelines and infrastructure are robust, secure, and optimized for research and production workloads. • Communicate technical concepts and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Stay current with developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying state-of-the-art techniques to project work. • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the retail fuel industry to understand domain challenges and help guide product innovation. • Share knowledge and promote best practices across the team and company.
• Deliver net new business sales within the industry sectors and territories designated to them to meet their sales targets. • Convert sales leads passed from marketing activity into live sales engagements and ultimately signed commitments. • Research and generate own leads and contacts to support the above and identify opportunities for further net new business sales. • Meet sales targets on a quarterly basis defined by the SVP, Customer – Fuel & Mobility Retail. • Manage the RFI / RFP process on sales opportunities with prospective clients. • Provide high-level strategic planning and detailed opportunity / deal management to prospective clients • Retain overall responsibility during the sales cycle to prospective clients and align with appropriate internal stakeholders to facilitate on-boarding and transition. • Negotiate terms of software evaluations, project / consulting services and subscription agreements. • Ensure legal terms and conditions of contract documents have been reviewed and approved within Kalibrate prior to signature. • Follow the requirements of Kalibrate’s sales process, maintaining the prescribed tracking and forecasting in the CRM as well as other requirements as defined and updated from time to time • Produce and publish sales visit reports following each prospective client meeting. • Aid in the development of sales support materials, including presentations. • Promote open communication and teamwork across internal stakeholder groups working on opportunities.
• Responsible for delivering value-adding services to new and existing clients • Own ongoing business process relationship with clients post-implementation • Support the sales team to secure new clients • Act as the liaison between client and internal teams • Ensure clients experience maximum value from Kalibrate software • Identify opportunities for Kalibrate consulting services • Assist in product demonstrations and presentations for new clients • Prepare Statements of Work and participate in RFI/RFP/Tenders
